Garnier Ambre Solaire Over Makeup Super UV Protection Mist - 75 ml (SPF 50)

Really good and not greasy. It’s only a small can but because it’s just for you face lasts a decent amount of time. Sprays a really fine mist so easy to apply. Doesn’t smell nice like normal sun cream but does the job.

Light weight. It’s like a deodorant spray, doesn’t get sticky and definitely works over makeup. It’s a compact one so it fits in my bag. Also I use it on my arm as it feels so light. SPF is 50+ which is the best to protect my skin from sun damage. I topped it up 2-3 times throughout the day and I didn’t burn. Haven’t used it on the beach, so I’m not sure if waterproof but this is great for a city holiday, camping etc.

This is the perfect, and even essential, product to carry around in your bag on a sunny day for anybody invested in skincare and staying safe in the sun. It provides a fantastic solution to re-applying your SPF once you have your make-up on and SPF cream is not possible. Being a spray it is also great for covering your hairline and parting which can be missed with cream and also for giving the backs of your hands a quick spray. I have however only given 4 stars as the UVA rating (the sun rays responsible for skin ageing rather than burning) is only 3 out of 5 stars. For that reason I always use a superior quality SPF in the morning underneath my makeup and use this purely to top up throughout the day. The size is also perfect for fitting in a fairly small handbag. In terms of application I find it non-greasy and not shiny. After a minute or so it is completely invisible. I’d say that the product is good value for money but if there were a similar alternative with a higher UVA rating I would be opting for that.

Fab - factor 50 that's easy to use for my face - love it! First time I used it I held the spray too close and it sprayed on white - 2nd time I learned my lesson and held it further away - no white marks and it covered my face and neck too - great stuff!

This needs to be used with other spf as its only meant as a spf touch up wich I didnt know I bought it because spf creams are to heavy in summer for my oily skin so it didnt really solve my problem but it is a good touch up product if thats what your looking for

I really like this sun cream, really easy to apply when you’re out and about and saves getting greasy hands. Only negative is occasionally it does leave white marks over your face that have to be rubbed in - seems a bit intermittent as to whether it really is invisible or not.

Non sticky, so can put over makeup & stays. No need to get wrinkles when want to wear makeup in sunshine anymore. Great With daily use with no top ups about 2.5 weeks of us.

The Garnier Ambre Solaire Sun Protection Over Makeup spray is non‑greasy, lightweight, and does exactly what it says on the tin. While it works well, I personally find spraying sun protection directly on my face isn’t for me.
