I help costume my kid's high school productions. They just did Chicago: Teen Edition. This hairpiece was perfect for our Velma! It looks great. Stays in even with flips our Velma did on the stage. I absolutely recommend this for flapper outfits.

I got this for my flapper costume and it's perfect. From looking at the review photos and the side view product photo, there are less black feathers on mine (or the feather area is not as large, hope that makes sense), but I'm still happy with it. The band is velvety with gold flecks. This is a quality costume accessory.

Beautiful head piece, but a little too big for 19in circumference head. This head piece was exactly what I needed for a Harlem Night birthday party theme. It is very stylish, doesn't snag your hair and likely won't require any cleaning. The feathers are soft and the rhinestones won't fall off from general wear.

I’m attending a 1920s themed christmas party so I figured a little sparkly headband was exactly what I needed! It’s absolutely perfect. The headband wasn’t too tight or too loose and it looks straight out of a 1920s film. I can’t wait to sport this headband with a black dress and pretend like I’m in the Great Gatsby.

I got this to go with my flapper costume, and I was hoping it would work out. The little bit with the beading and the feathers is cute, but no matter how I put the band on my head the fascinator part never looked right. The band itself is cheap, thin elastic and itched against the skin. I plan on removing the elastic and gluing a hair clip to the beaded part to try to make this work.

So pretty! Feathers came a bit squished and no padding at all in the packaging - so be prepared for your headband not to look as perky as the product photos. However, I am still loving the look of this - just elevates my flapper ensemble. And now considering just wearing with a contemporary outfit just for fun - Alexis Rose-style :)
