Q: where can i get spare parts. recently i dropped my monitor and the part that holds the battery at the back has got broken.... any advice please?

Sorry but unable to give proper advice, If it happened to me, then I would try Neewer customer service as looking at mine, I can see that the battery bracket can be taken off by removing 4 screws. Alternately, I can see that there is a 12 volt input and can only assume that it will work off a car`s 12 volt accessory socket but of course whether it is practical is another story.

Q: Is it responsive to changes made in camera settings i.e. apperture ISO etc?

I can only answer for my set up with a Canon 80D. Everything that you would see superimposed on the video in live view you would see on the external monitor. Bear in mind the monitor is not a touch screen and when it is plugged in the screen on the camera is disabled.So yes you do see aperture, iso etc if you select to see it.

Q: Does it have zebras patterns

Yes, it has exposure zebra with level setting.
