I've been using HonShoop's cheaper version headset (https://amzn.to/32fk7km) for a few months, and have found it to be remarkably good for the price, perfectly serviceable.So far, I can say that this fancier model appears to justify its higher price in about every way.1) The ear speaker is noticeably louder (while remaining clear). This remedies perhaps the biggest weakness of the lower-end model -- With that one, I could usually hear the other person, but I had to make sure it was really pushed into my ear. With this new one, it can rest casually against my ear, and so far I usually don't even want the volume turned all the way up.2) The battery life is a LOT better. I haven't explicitly timed it, but I'm inclined to roughly believe their claim of 16 hours talk time (in comparison to the 7 hours on my previous headset).3) The noise cancelling does seem to be some improvement, based on early feedback, though I need to try it in a windy/otherwise really noisy environment for it to really shine, I suspect.4) In spite of having a noticeably louder speaker and much longer battery life, the device is somehow a little bit smaller -- see the picture.5) It looks nicer. Higher quality metallic finishes.6) I'd say the magnetic charging connector is an improvement over microUSB charging. It doesn't matter a ton to me, but it's kind of nice to have it just suck on instead of having to couple a USB port. And it should theoretically wear out more slowly.Really impressed so far. It's a quality piece of extremely usable hardware, at what I think is a very reasonable price.

It has good sound and you can only expect so much for the cheaper price. It does the trick

Nice little unit and easy to connect to phone and my Dell laptop, which is the main reason I bought it for... so I could listen to my laptop without interupting others. I had a Plantronics 320 Explorer, 3 of them, and one by one, lost one, dog ate one and the last one went through the washing machine. Loved the plantronics but time to move on and bought the Hon Shoop (weird name). It arrived in 2 days. It doesn't fit as well as the 320 because the battery and most of the electronics are in the ear loop... so if you wear glasses, your ear sticks out and it doesn't fit as well as the plantronics 320. Plantronics replaced the 320 with another one with the same problem. Ability to connect is greatly improved!!! Way better than Plantronics 320 but they were outdated and old tech.

It was great for about a month and the sound quality is awesome but after about a month the sound quality drops and you can have your speaker up on your phone full blast and you barely can hear the other person. Once you replace it with another headset from the same brand it's like the full quality is back so they need to upgrade and get better sound quality for this to even be worthwhile as you are just going to end up paying more money a month for a new one where if you buy a better quality one you're going to save yourself a lot of money because it will last a lot longer.

I really want to give this product five stars. However, it is made so cheaply that I just can not do that. The product works amazing with the noise cancelation and the battery life and it is so comfortable you almost don't even know your wearing it. But I have gone through four of them. The first one just stopped working after a few days. And the last three all broke after a few weeks at the ear peice where it adjusts. IF YOU BUY THIS DO NOT PASS UP THE COUPLE DOLLARS FOR THE INSURANCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This is the first time I've been satisfied with a blue-tooth headset microphone and earpiece. I forget that its on my ear, it’s such a great experience. The sound quality is so good and the speaker is loud on surround sound. Instant connection to my laptop makes its use very easy and reliable. Charging speed is very fast and only ran out of battery once over several weeks. It’s extremely lightweight yet sturdy. Before this I had another set of wireless earbuds but they were uncomfortable. The design makes it easy to switch ear to ear. I would recommend this type and brand to anyone looking to buy into a blue-tooth earpiece.

The headset sounded great on my end, but when I tested it on multiple team calls my colleagues said my audio would cut in and out. Returned.

How good is this earpiece? I've been using it at home for a couple hours every night and I just ordered another for the office. Super comfortable with great sound quality, ESPECIALLY at this price range!
