Merriway BH00221 (12 Pcs) Straight Repair Plate Bracket Brace, Zinc Plated 125 mm (5 inch) - Pack of 12 Pieces

I bought these to repair the broken fixing holes in the Engine Undertray on my car. I used the plates to sandwich the undertray to the also plastic inner wheel arch liners and used nuts and bolts to secure . The plates Drill easily ,as I had to enlarge the holes to accept my 6mm bolts , also the plates are able to be bent , though that does take some pressure . Very Happy and has been a cheap solid repair and have several left over .

Great for mending two pieces of wood or some splitting wood when combined with the right size screws. Aren't super stiff but then they arent too thick either so what you would expect.

I used some of these whilst flooring the shed. I needed to connect two lengths of treated 2x2 and they did the job perfectly. The brackets seem strong enough and with zinc coating they shouldn't rust. I also need to make a long pole for my wife to hook up the washing line and used these brackets to join a couple of bits of wood. I think I might need to order some more

The strips are fine, there a good size and are made from good metal. However, They are very skinny and you can bend them into any shape in your hands. It worked out quite expensive after shipping, something I could have got in a hardware cheaper.

Perfect for what i needed it for. My oak doors have expanded and wanted these to hold them together for a temporary fix as it was getting harder and harder to open the door. Screwed these in with brass screws and sanded abit from the doors ans theyve been fine since

Great. Does the job. I am using them strap raised beds together under the wood and on the inside of the bed.

It was just what i needed to strengthen my outside bench.
