Handle was missing,wrote many emails explaining the situation, they asked for details of the packages i got,photos of labels etc. Then afte rall that I was told as it was more than 30 days after I received it I was too late.I was fitting it around builders, so couldn't put it up until 40 days or so. I had checked all the items that were listed on the manual were there and the glass was not broken on arrival.The handle wasn't listed on the list of included items on the manual and was not attached to the door. As the large glass door was the final item I unboxed and unwrapped fully at teh time of install, as I didn't want the builders to break it , I noticed there was no handle. Door is really good and works well but the seller gave me the run around and insisted I pay for a handle seperatley, which I had to do as they left me no choice with a door on the wall without a handle. Would buy again but need to be careful with these sellers making up terms and conditions!
