Ordered these to help my patellar tendinitis injury. My physiotherapist has advised basic exercises but I need additional resistance so these will help.The package arrived neatly packed with 5 bands of varying resistance.An instruction booklet was also included featuring various exercises that could be used.Each resistance band was colour coded and also marked with the resistance level that can be expected.The bands seem durable but I have not used them yet for a long period of time.Each band can be doubled up if you need even more resistance but I’m happy with this product as it is providing the resistance I require to help build my muscles again from a foundation level. Great price too.

These bands come in 5 levels of resistance:- Extra light- Light- Medium- Heavy- Extra HeavyI find there's plenty of scope for getting the right resistance for the type of exercise you're doing and what you're aiming to achieve.Unlike many latex products, these don't seem to attract dust or muck yet are easy to clean or wipe down to remove sweat after exercise. They come with a handy bag to keep everything together, which is also great if you need to throw them in a bag to go to your exercise class.For those looking to exercise at home, there is a really useful instruction sheet for exercises you can do. There are pictures to follow and detailed guidance to make sure you're getting the most out of the bands and your exercise. The exercises on the instruction sheet are:- Leg Extension- Leg Curl- Leg Raise- Leg Lift- Knee Lift- Kick Back- Bent leg Side Raise- Bent Leg SqueezeSimple, straight-forward, quality product. The service from the company has been excellent. Although my black band broke within a few weeks, after reporting this to them a brand new set was sent. Use the bands daily and really good quality

This resistance loop band set from techrise comes in a little bag inside an easy to open plastic bag and is very useful for some light exercising at home. i attend a gym 5 times a week and do a balance of strength and cardio training, these bands allow me to do lighter workouts at home with varying intensities.The set includes 5 bands, each of varying strength:Green: Extra lightBlue: LightYellow: MediumRed: HeavyBlack: X-HeavyThe set also includes a little loop with a bead in one end to slide under a door so that with the door closed you can hook a resistance band through it to do different workouts. Finally in the set there is a small leaflet with a few different leg work outs on to get you started.The set is nice and cheap and ideal for a few quick workouts at home or for someone who is recovering from an injury, I'd definitely recommend it.

The material feels ok, a fair bit of friction with skin was present during use as can be expected, but it didn't particularly irritate my skin much which was a plus for latex bands.For the fairly light usage described in the pictures of the listing I think these bands will suit you fine. I would recommend mostly for rehabilitative work or very light stretching. However the maximum stretch on these bands is overall quite poor and anything beyond light usage, these bands are unusable and fail to do the job really. I had the black (strongest) band snap on me upon first usage, as I tried to use it for assisted pullups in the gym like I have done with all previous resistance bands I have owned, and it failed quite comprehensively. The failure to keep up with pretty much any competing product I have used, many of which are cheaper than this, was a little disappointing.However, if your usage is intended to be light and you usually avoid latex due to irritation, I would recommend you give these a try. Any thing beyond that, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Easy to use very adaptive and add resistance when needed

Very goodI was sceptical of these bands but on arrival find they are excellent. The bands are in loops and of 5 different resistances, ranging from very low to high. The pack comes with a handy bag and instructions for lots of exercises that can be performed using the bands. For some reason only leg exercises are shown but my wife and I have found they can easily be adapted to work out many arm and upper body muscles too.Ideal to keep up your fitness when going on holiday, travelling or simply in a rush as the pack weighs almost nothing and the bands can be in use in seconds.Simple, well made package. Super.

These bands are what I expected, with 5 levels of resistance based upon thickness of the rubber band material.I am used to using bands that are slightly wider than these but they still do the same job and offer appropriate levels of resistance. I just need to be a little more careful with correct placement. There’s a small instruction leaflet with the bands with suggested exercises in case you need a reminder.I’ve only had them for a short time so I can’t comment on longevity, there’s nothing suggesting they won’t last though.Lost one star because of packaging. Each band is wrapped individually in a plastic bag and then all inside a cardboard box. All a bit unecessary I feel.
