No soya. I received an email back from naturesaid.. "I can confirm that Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil 1000mg is free from soya and products derived from soya. Kind regards, Tim"

It seems that the sunflower oil is merely a solute for the Vitamin A; a smallish amount, and less than the fish oils as the law states greatest ingredients are listed first. Take care!

I’m sorry I don’t understand your question. I can only say they are good, quite big but I swallow them ok because they are torpedo shaped. You only need one capsule per day and I have taken them for many years. Various different brands but these seem pretty good and not too expensive at the moment.
