Is this cover suitable to use on a driveway?

Hello Mine was installed in block paving footpath, manufacturer says the loading is 3.5 tonnes so in a driveway would be good if only cars and small vans travel over. I bedded my blocks on sand cement mortar and have not had any problems save dirt dust between cover and frame make it difficult to lift if left for a long time

Does this have a seal on it to stop smells.?

No this does not, suitable for external use only. Mine has no smells at Or around and I have three they a close fit and in time dust makes them tight to remove but very good in my opinion.

Is this the one that can fit 220 to 300 dia chambers?

Yes it is the cover to fit 300 dia chamber to take 50 to 65 pavior to fit 220 dia you will have to make up internal gap with cement it slots over the chamber 300 dia very good cover well made ldo recommend this cover regards Jim)
