It lasts around half an hour and works really well. It always keeps my hands really warm. It’s really comfortable to hold in your hands and does hurt you with the corners. I haven’t used these for pain relief yet because it’s the winter season currently but I will most certainly will try that. (The photo shows the orange rectangular GelHeat pad when activated)

In my pocket to keep my hands warm. The pads are exactly as described, easy to use and recharge also, great value for money.

But they don't hold heat for very long...I'd recommend buying larger ones than these.I have Raynaud's and suffer with extremely cold fingers and toes and it's difficult keeping esp. fingers warm when I'm walking my dogs. I've tried a variety of gel hand warmers and if you just 'click' the little metal disc you'll get maybe 15 minutes of warmth...so far, in my experience the bigger the hand warmer, the longer it stays warm... and these little blue ones are too small to be any real use.(Personally I boil my handwarmers for about 10 minutes, 25 minutes before a walk and then put this really hot warmer in my jacket pocket...use a cloth to transfer to jacket because it really will be hot. Wait a further 10-15 mins for your super hot handwarmers to heat your pockets and to cool down a little then set off knowing that you've got warm hands for the duration).I'd advise that if you need a reliable source of heat, go with larger gel handwarmers like the orange ones in my picture... also available from Amazon.

I suffer from a medical condition that a heat pad eases the pain. As they are easily carried in a coat pocket I carry two or three. Each pad gives me about 30 minutes of comforting heat. Easy to use - just press the button and it heats up. Easy to reset - place in pan of boiling water for about 10 minutes, let cool and they are ready to use again. My wife has "borrowed" two which she uses when going for a walk and her hands start getting cool. Excellent product and excellent serviced to ger them.

Absolute total rubbish. Yes they warm up but there is NO way these will give consistent heat in a cold environment for 30 minutes. The manufacturer is blatantly lying. At best they’re about as warm as a cup of coffee in a ceramic cup that’s been standing for 5 minutes - in other words not warm at all. Within minutes of exposure to the cold these will be as warm as a pack of fish fingers from your freezer. Complete rubbish and a waste of time. Avoid. Within 5 minutes they were virtually cold. Description dubious at best or down right lie. You choose. I’ve issued an RMA return to Amazon - REFUND !! I’d expect rubbish like this off Temu not Amazon !!

Perfect product. Reusable if boiled, each one stays hot for about 30 minutes and trust me when I say this, they are hot! Everyone needs one of these in the winter.

worked good keeping my hands warm on a walk in the snow , just wish they were warmer for longer, really easy to recharge
