Received these really quickly and they were well packaged. The only thing I would say to the seller would be to try and avoid taping over the instructions on the bottles! I was in the bath, started washing my hair, put the intensive shampoo on, went to read the instructions and realised that where I'd taken the tape off to open the bottle the tape had stripped most of the text off! Having not used silver procts for years I realised I needed to know how long I should leave it on for, luckily the other half was at home and did a quick Google for me, it may sound petty but I would just say for first time users to make sure they are clear of the instructions before use! Other than that a good product and is working well to take the orange tint out of my hair after having gradually lightened from red to light blonde. Would definitely recommend and it's a good price for the bundle!

Great product

After three uses of the brightening shampoo, my hair went from a brassy yellow colour to a light blonde and my roots have gone silver! Admittedly, I have ignored the instructions and left it on for 20 minutes at a time but this has not affected my hair. I've yet to use the other shampoo but the conditioner makes my hair feels very soft and healthy. All products smell wonderful and I am very happy with the results and the price. Would recommend.

I was apprehensive as the price to me is tbh cheap in comparison to other brands I have died my hair since being a teen and just discovered this brand let me just say without it my hair looks yellowing orange with it blonde too ash blonde and doesn’t tangle during washing or feel dried out afterwards really great product

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and I'm still undecided on the results. I have naturally light blonde hair, which over the years has started to darken a bit and go gingery. I wanted to get my original blonde back and get rid of the reddish tones, which I hoped this shampoo would do (judging by the reviews). First off, I love the smell. It can be quite strong but it's still very pleasant and my hair smells nice all day. Unfortunately, I've had mixed results with the colour of my hair. Some parts of my hair appear blonder (where my natural highlights are), but the darker areas have turned pinkish and look more brassy than before. I checked the bottle and it just says it's suitable for blondes and greys, it didn't specify that it was just for bleached hair but I'm wondering if that is the case. I've also found that it dries my hair out and makes it very frizzy and dull, which again I didn't expect judging by the reviews. I'm going to keep up with this for another week or so and see what happens, but so far I haven't quite got the results I wanted. Hopefully the pinky bits will wash out if I stop!

The twice weekly treatment really does work, although I'm not too convinced about the more normal shampoo and conditioner in the set. I'm not sure they do much of anything with regards to blonde/white/grey hair, but the conditioner feels nice nonetheless. I started using Touch of Silver about 8 months ago. I'm a light honey blonde, but I wasn't back then. I was simply trying to neutralise brassyness without using bleach or dye from faded red hair I had over a year ago and this worked even for that, though very subtly. People often thought I'd dyed my hair a shade lighter after using this at that point, but I hadn't. As for how it works on my light honey blonde hair now... well, I didn't leave it on for longer than five minutes, but I still ended up with some white/platinum streaks. Looks like I did it on purpose and adds some interesting definition, so I'm fine with that, but be careful. I do have a platinum blonde friend who's used this for a while and at times she's looked like she's had a bad blue rinse, so always be cautious with how often you use it and for how long each time in regards to the weekly shampoo.

I was a little cautious about this product as it was not as much money as I have previously spent on purple shampoo (Fudge, John Frida, Phillip Kinsley) but WOW, this product is amazing. I have all over blonde hair, not full bleach, usually I spend a lot of money on my colour but notice yellow/brassy tones after about a week. The twice weekly treatment lifted these brassy tones straight away, I couldnt belive it. The everyday shampoo and conditioner is great as well, leaves my hair soft and no build up at all (My hair usually turns greasy within 24 hours but I am now washing every 2 days). It has taken me about 18 months to find a product as good as this and at this price I will be putting in repeat orders without a doubt, much better than any other purple shampoo I have found.

I have light ashblond dyed hair. I have been looking for months for a good silver shampoo and conditioner. The first one I used was from the brand Guhl. It didn't do what it promised, making my hair less brassy. So after using Guhl, my hair was still yellowy with red undertones. When I looked on the internet I discovered Pro:Voke and I decided to give it a try. Not only is it cheaper.. (guhl is in the Netherlands between €7 (£6) and €9 (£7,70) per bottle) it works better too! The Twice a Week Brightener Shampoo, works wonders on the brassiness in my hair. After using Pro:Voke for two weeks my hair looks healthier and the color is now superb. My haircolor is now really light blond and silvery. So I am loving it! TIP! When I use the Twice a Week Brightener Shampoo, I leave it in for about 15 minutes. Don't leave it in longer than 15 minutes or use it more than twice a week. My hair started to get a purple shine when I left it in for longer than 15 minutes.

Me ha encantado. El pack incluye un champú de uso diario, otro con mas matiz para usar 2 veces a la semana y un acondicionador. ¡El olor es increíble! Y se queda en el pelo durante el día. El champu deja el pelo algo enredado pero como cualquier champú de estas características. Lo recomiendo 100%

Da ich schwarze Haare habe und die Blondierung schon gewisse Meisterleistung ist, braucht man wirkliches Qualitätsprodukt, was im Nachhinein den Gelbstich neutralisiert. Und den Haaren einen herrlichen Silber-Blond beschwert. Habe schon einige Shampoos und vor allem Spülungen getestet. Auch recht teure. Da ist aber oft meist Schein als Sein. Hier hat man aber den Effekt schon nach dem ersten Waschen. Wobei die Spülung stärker ist, als Shampoo. Ich würde die Spülung auch für die Sauna empfehlen, da man es kaum an den Haaren sieht und das Fläschchen ist einfach überall mitzunehmen.

.I have the trio and have been using them for about a month. Very pleased with the quality and performance of these products. My first excursion into silver hair maintenance and don't you know, my hair actually looks and feels better! Yes, I will import this product again from England! It's worth the wait. I have very fine hair and the conditioner enhances it and does not make it heavy and limp. Great products!

Un vrai bonheur l avant shampooing (que je laisse agir 5") Le shampooing bleu déjaunissent (que je laisse agir 7") L'après shampooing (crème) (que je laisse agir 10") Top un parfum hyperactif agréable. il sent trop bon!!!! Encore meilleur que ceux de chez le coiffeur. Résultat visible des le premier lavage. Trop contente du résultat , je recommande vivement. Si le vendeur fait des prix de gros je suis preneuse ;)
