12V 120AH SuperBatt DT120 Heavy Duty Ultra Deep Cycle Dual Purpose Leisure Marine Battery with Dual Terminals (Twin Posts) & Charge Indicator Replace 105AH ; 110AH ; 115AH ; 120AH

I have purchased two of these leisure Batteries, running all of my outside lighting, water feature and pond pump using a 1000w inverter, I have 4 solar panels on my garage roof using a 30amp charge controller to charge these bad boys! I am now into my third year of use. I also have an inverted 240v into my house just in case we ever had a power cut as my other half works online from home. We did have a power cut for approx eight hours and the setup excelled powering not only basic lighting in the house but also kept my spouse in the house online. every penny spent on this system was worth it, all Items was purchased through Amazon site. highly recommended.

Seem to work fine on my small solar panel set up, like most things, time will tell if they are actually worth their salt. I have used these for an about five rears to power my static caravan, via my solar array. They have been used in both series and parallel, without any hiccup supplying 12v and currently 48v. Cannot praise these batteries enough.

I already had a SuperBatt DT120 Heavy Duty battery, purchased last year through Amazon, connected to a 3500W Inverter for 230v generation but I found that 1400W and 1500W power tools frequently falter when being started. Often they would fire up at the second or third attempt when triggered but sometimes I needed to restart the Inverter first. A quick calculation shows 1500W @ 12v requires 125Ah which is borderline max for one battery, but the power surge that occurs when the tools are first started probably far exceeds the current level that a single battery can deliver. To solve this issue, I purchased a second SuperBatt DT120 Heavy Duty battery and connected it in parallel so the pair can deliver up to 240Ah at 12v to the Inverter. See attached picture. The lower (original) battery is in a protective box purchased from Amazon and I am waiting for the second box to arrive for the upper (new) battery. My power tools now work perfectly. I am very pleased with the pair of SuperBatt DT120 Heavy Duty batteries and am considering purchasing a third to give a bigger power battery bank.

Bought 2 batteries 6 years ago and just now starting to not hold the charge for as long as they used to, used quite frequently in a motorhome and has served well, will be replacing with the same

These are to replace two identical batteries which have been in use for 6 years! one has died and there other is on the way not retaining charge. so long so longevity based on that. will update a few weeks in
