Rehau Pulse Sprinkler

After much looking for an inexpensive garden sprinkler that will cover a large area without having to move it around, I finally settled on purchasing this little beauty.For the grand total of £12.99, it turned up on my doorstep 2 days after ordering, and I connected up that evening when I got home from work. The reach on this sprinkler is amazing, and positioning in the correct place in the center of my garden ensures that it reaches nearly all four corners.You can alter the amount of spray (which effects the distance that it will shoot) by simply turning the screw which pushes the plate across slightly, this means that it covers a wider area, however at the expense of the distance. For the price it is well made, and it comes with 2 type of ring washers that can be adjusted so you can restrict the arc area that you wish to water. Simply by flicking a spring loaded lever means that it will either rotate 360 degrees, or you can manually adjust what area you want to water.Very pleased - and it does the same job as the ones I have seen in parks and cricket pitches - at a fraction of the cost!

While the ability to control the coverage area and spray range sounds appealing, in practice, these adjustments have proven to be finicky and unreliable. 🤔 I've struggled to find the sweet spot, leading to uneven and patchy watering coverage across my lawn.Moreover, the claims of durability and robustness are simply not borne out in my experience. 😒 The sprinkler's construction, particularly the plastic components, feels flimsy and prone to premature wear and tear. I've already encountered issues with the sprinkler head becoming stuck or malfunctioning, compromising its overall reliability.Adding to my frustration, the sprinkler has also been prone to leakage, both at the hose connection and within the body of the unit itself. 💦 This not only results in wasted water but also creates a messy, puddled environment around the sprinkler, undermining its practical use.Turning to the customer feedback, the mixed reviews reflect the disparate experiences users have had with this product. 🤷‍♀️ While some praise its performance and value, others echo my own concerns about the quality and functionality, further reinforcing my disappointment.In the end, the Rehau Pulse Sprinkler is a product that fails to live up to its promises. 👎 If you're in the market for a reliable and effective lawn irrigation solution, I'd strongly advise exploring alternative options that can deliver a more consistent and satisfactory user experience. This one, unfortunately, is simply not worth the investment.

For keeping the garden sufficiently watered in a drought you have to have this sprinkler. It will deliver water in quantity in a variety of arcs once you've worked out how the 2 clips work. The instructions supplied aren't that helpful but once solved the sprinkler works very well. Ideal for lawns but also for veg and flower beds if you get positioning right.

Great well made sprinkler. Easy to set up and adjust for sweep and reach. Much more adaptable than other types of sprinkler. Push into ground with care as spike is not its strongest part. Hose coupling seems to be a strange size as it was difficult to get a water tight seal unless you used the matching coupling/make for your hose. Looks as though it will last a long time.

The sprinkler head seems to be very good. I suspect this is OEMed from a third party and just screwed into the base. The base itself looks ok, but in common with others here, it broke. On the first day I used it. The base is a major weakness and a poor design with soft materials and has very little lateral strength. Fortunately I have another sprinkler where the head has failed and I can combine the good (old) base with the new head. Basically poor/cheap design of the simplest part (base) where the most complicated element (head) seems good. Cheap product, good sprinkler but let down by the simplest and cheapest element. Idiots. A few extra pennies would mean an excellent product. Don't buy it as it is today (July '14).

Got this to replace a Gardena Rotating Sprinkler - which was excellent, but unfortunately had lots of plastic parts. I guess something heavy was put on top of it during the winter storage period because the little plastic deflector blade that allows you to adjust the range of the jet was completely broken off.This brass made gadget certainly seems robust - but I noted some of the other comments made about the spike being delicate - removed the one from the Gardena and swapped them over - perfect fit.It's certainly not as easy to adjust (no instructions / guidance provided) as the Gardena but I guess practice will make perfect . I brought it into service earlier than planned having put down some lawn weed and feed - and then happened to get a small patch of dry weather. Of course, having used the sprinkler - it brought the rain later that night, so my efforts were unnecessary. Again - trying to achieve the correct spray pattern can only be achieved with the sprinkler working so with the tags that limit the rotational movement not being that easy to adjust - it took a little time.I think this will last for many years - time will tell. Looks to be good value for money though.

Ich weiss nicht wie es euch geht, aber ich schmeiss gefühlt jedes ja 2-3 von diesen Sprühern in die Tonne. Egal ob Metal oder Kunststoff, wenn man die Dinger länger als ein jahr drausen lässt sind sie kaputt.Ausser dieser hier. Die Spritze ist zwar jetzt nicht 'high tech' aber dafür sehr robust und du kannst sie getrost im Winter drausen lassen.

Na één uur gebruik defect; cirkelsproeier blijft hangen op één punt en heeft hulp nodig om door te draaien.

Quel que soit la pression et le réglage des bagues la tête ne tourne pas. Pas utilisable en l'état. Perdu 15€.

Statt Plastik extra auf Messing gesetzt und nach dem ersten Montieren schon enttäuscht worden. Das Gewindes der Schnellkupplung dreht durch und der Schlauch ist abgegangen nach Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns.Update: 3 Tage später und auch die zweite Schelle ging ab. Wieder rangeschraubt und das Gewinde dreht ebenfalls durch.
