These tablets were affective but after a year of taking them I had severe pins and needles… and numbness in hands, feet and even my private parts!.I thought I may have MS as that also causes tingling/numbness … but I did a little research and read these tablets can cause neuropathy if used for a long period of time. All the bad symptoms stopped after a week of stopping them.

Mixed with b12 and tyrosine-2g. Taken first thing in the morning gets me focused for the day ahead.

Good product, good price, quick delivery, it deserves 5 stars but people often think a 5 star review might be fake.

Don't want to be mean and drag the rating down with an unfair assessment, but have to be honest to be useful. I bought this to cure pregnancy sickness because frankly I was getting desperate and was willing to try any old wives' tale. I was told that large doses of Vitamin B6 would help rid me of the worst of it. It didn't. I was as sick as a dog for at least half of the pregnancy. (I even tried taking fistfuls of this stuff at once just to see if it would help, but it did nothing.) So if that's the reason you are thinking of buying this, by all means try it (maybe it will work for you) but don't get your hopes up.Can't comment on how good it is in general as I wasn't ill or deficient in Vitamin B6 to start with, so felt no difference at all taking it.
