Yh love this i wanted a small controller for where i work in a club as there is not much room & it does it great, just gotta try & remap it to serato

very dirty had to spend an hour cleaning it,

I bought this product as a controller to use with Virtual DJ so I could DJ at small parties at my house and make mixes with for fun. It works perfectly for this, It is a solid product, with a metal casing and plastic buttons (the platter is also plastic) that feel firm and not like they're going to break anytime soon. All faders are nice, not too heavy to move but offer just enough resistance. All in all it is ideal for using at home and taking to parties (fits in a rucksack nicely)The reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is due to the sloppy customer service from Elektronik-Star, the manufacturer. For some reason the serial number supplied in order to activate the copy of Virtual DJ that comes with it did not work on my laptop, rendering the controller useless until they send me a new serial number. It was more than a week before they responded, only due to me sending a second email, and another week has passed and they have been unable to email a serial number as of yet. (I have been using the Resident DJ Kontrol 3 on my friend's laptop so far)
