What is use by date if purchased now

I purchased 6 tins on 6th September 2018 and dated best before 31st July 2019 therefore 10 months shelf life, I keep my tins in the fridge to keep cool, once opened I tend to keep the tin of Lopez foil wrapped, and put back in the fridge, this way it lasts for weeks without deteriorating.
