No More Complaining!
I bought this for my elderly aunt who lives with us. She is ALWAYS cold if the house is cooler than 80ยฐF. This allows her to keep herself as warm as she wants without cooking the rest of us out of the house. She turns it on for about 5 minutes every hour or so and it stays warm.

Heat controller is not working right
I can not order HEAT CONTROLER to replace it because it is malfunctioning 13 month after I bought it

Not great unless you want hot knees.
This was a disappointment. The feet area stayed cold but the knee area was uncomfortably hot.
