Great Pot! Love it! (2-25-21........See Edit)
I've been doing nasal irrigation for 15 years now and using this Stainless Steel Neti Pot for about the last 8 years. I highly recommend it! It's well made and holds 2 cups of water so it's perfect for me since I like to run a full pot through each nostril. I rinse it well with hot water after each use and leave it upside down to dry. I also remove the spout, scrub it all well and boil all the parts for 10 minutes every couple of months to sanitize. I've seen a review talking about a problem with rust and the salt solution will pit and rust the pot if not rinsed well afterwards. I will say that my first one of these did develop a little rust on the spout where it connects to the pot but it was almost three years old by that point and I can't expect it to last forever. For the price I'd buy a new one every six months if I had to. When I started nasal irrigation I was using a large syringe to push the water through, it had a soft plastic adapter that was formed to fit the nostril. It was fine when I wasn't stuffed up, but not so great when I was. My next pot was a plastic one and it worked fine but didn't hold as much water as the syringe. My next change was to Health and Yoga's Stainless Steel Pot and all I can say is get one, keep it clean and enjoy! Edit: Feb 25, 2021 I ordered and received a new pot on Feb 1st and soon noticed the stainless inside the pot had several flaws where it isn't covered. Tried to return it today and it's not eligible for return. I'm leaving five stars for now because it's been a great neti pot for years, but maybe others are right and the quality control is gone. We shall see. But I should be able to return a defective product.

Defective! Product Will Rust
Product rusted on the inside and customer service does not respond. I am not allowed to return for some reason although it is within the return time frame that should end on 1/31/26. Do not buy.

Looked Far and Wide: Finally a Winner
I love using a Neti. I have seasonal sinus trouble and the process keeps me pretty clear, cutting way down on the sneezing. I have always had 2 complaints about other pots, not enough water and leakage all down your face. This pot fixes both problems, holds plenty of water, double the average neti and with the flared tip nozzle there is NO leakage. Water pours straight and swift through the sinuses. Plus you get the cleanliness and durability of stainless. 5 Neti stars for this great pot.

Unbreakable Neti Pot
I have had a series of Neti Pots, and most were ceramic. The ceramic pots all performed wonderfully, until they got bumped into the sink, or slid off the sink, and crashed to the floor. I did have one plastic neti pot that I use for travel, but this one stays in my bathroom. It holds ample sea salt-and-water mix, and is easily cleaned. A HANDLE would make using it easier, and that's the only reason I didn't rate it full 5- stars. (Hook your thumb over the side, then it's easy to pour. Just remember: your head must be turned on it's side so your nose and chin are Ievel, then the water mix goes in one side, and out the other.) It's a solid, well-built neti pot. Try it!

This is perfect for everyday use
I know the wonders of Jal Neti. I have been doing it for years and coming to Utah's dry weather I do it two times to avoid congestion and see I have survived a whole year without cough, cold, or flu! I saw many people complaining about rust on the screw, so this is my two cents. The pot is made out of steel but the nut is made out of iron. Nuts cannot be made out of steel. I bought the same one in India too. Wash with heavy soap and water especially you're in a region with hard water. There should be little rust on the screw but seriously it will be washed away through our nose like nothing ever happened. So don't worry about it, we have bigger problems concerning our health like eating sugar daily than worrying about little rust and giving bad ratings to a small company.

Built to last
I had been using a twice-broken-and-repaired ceramic pot and decided my next one would not be breakable. After deciding I did not want plastic, I arrived at this one. Out of the box, you can tell it's a solid, well-built product made to last. It's pretty large, so if compactness is a priority, you may want to take that into account. I like the size, though, as it holds a lot of solution, eliminating refills during the process. Some reviewers have noted some corrosion, but if you don't let saltwater sit in it for prolonged periods and clean it properly after each use (as directed, and which you should do with any pot) I don't see this as an issue. The included informational booklet is nice too, especially if you're new to neti, in an age where I've come to expect a slip of paper with broken English for directions. I expect to use this pot for many, many years, even if I drop it a couple times.

👌 SS neti/sinus rinsing pot is awesome❣️
I love having a stainless steel option but it really needs a lid to be functional enough to effectively reach the upper sinus’ that are found in between the eyebrows without spilling.

Horrible
I bought this because it's made of stainless steel which I saw as a hygienic advantage. I've been using neti pots for a long time now as well as Neil Med's gusher thingy. This SteloKleen thing is awful. Firstly, it's not properly balanced. The spout is so heavy that the pot falls over quite easily when it's empty. Second, the bottom of the hole in the pot where the spout must literally be screwed in is a good half inch above the bottom of the pot. A good neti pot empties INTO your nose, not down your cheek and neck thru the top of the pot. But, the worst feature is the cone at the end of the spout. The metal edges are not rounded or beveled, so it's uncomfortable going into your nostril. And, go IN it must if you want to make a proper seal that doesn't admit water, in this instance via the spout/cone, down your cheek and neck. To get a good seal, you have to insert the harsh metal tip so far into your nostril that it actually hurts a little and then a little more and more if you're fighting allergies and using it frequently. Once, I tried to press a little to one side to get a better seal without going so deep. I wound up getting water into some area of my sinus cavities where it shouldn't have gone. I was gutter drunk dizzy for a good five minutes! The best neti pot I ever had was a cheap plastic deal from Walgreen's. It was shaped like Aladin's Lamp. It was comfortable, never leaked, and fully emptied INTO my nose. It was difficult to keep clean, but I'd rather buy a new one of those every year or two than use this horribly designed stainless steel torture device one more time. What a waste of money!
