Customer service is poor and unresponsive
Customer service is poor and unresponsive. Phone is a poor design. Difficulty getting the SIM card into the thing. Signal was poor and intermittent. Could not connect to the internet. So couldn't work. Basically you are putting your child at risk by using this device. It is utterly rubbish and frankly the company are a disgrace.DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.
