Betron DC950 In-Ear Headphones, Wired Earphones with Deep Bass, 3.5mm Jack, 11.5mm Driver, Ergonomic Design, Passive Noise Isolation, Tangle-Free Cable, and Sweatproof Build, Red

I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the construction of these earphones. The contrasting black and red flat cord is both eye catching and practical allowing for exceptionally easy winding, storage and use in highly wet and windy environments (I live in Scotland and use them when out hillwalking and when walking urban environments). The red and silver polished metal earbud bodies are hard wearing and stylish. The sound quality is excellent, the range is very very good, the top range sound production is excellent, mid to low range sound is very good but unfortunately it has a somewhat high low level sound cut off at the bottom of the range which unfortunately means a very very small range of sound is compressed. The clarity of the sound is excellent and sharp across the range of noises produced. The choices of earbud size all work well for me which I am very happy to report since ofter earbud gummy buds are often too large or too small for my ear canal. The inclusion of gummy medium and large sized earbuds and of foam earbuds too was an excellent choice from the manufacturer. The box they came in was well made and the earbuds and manual were efficiently packed into the space, the metallic door for the front of the box was a lovely touch. The jackplug is high quality and is still resisting wear well over two years on and allowing for good contact to be made with my Sony Xperia mobile phone, HP laptop and my iPod Video audio input jacks. The font on the earphones is well chosen, aesthetically appealing and modern whilst retaining a high contrast with the surrounding metal of the earphone body. The rubber of the L shaped jack shoulder is very sturdy and has saved my various devices and the earphones from fall related damage, sudden jerks and assorted other calamities on scores of occasions. The rubber at the earbud end is also hard wearing. Neither shows any discolouration at all. The carry pouch for the earphones is satisfyingly sturdy and yet soft to the touch. The synthetic bag ties however could have been better served by using dyed braided and cored natural fibres which are comparably priced per unit length. They've done me better than literally any other pair of earphones I've ever had and I will never buy earphones from another company again! (I've changed through around twenty five companies of earphone manufacture at this point) 17/10 exceeded my expectations and a small congrats to the Amazon Marketing Team cos I bought this whilst at work in the work van when it was on Lightning Sale. My old earphones and my last three pairs of headphones had all recently broken so the uncanniness of the usefulness of that suggested reduced price offer cannot be overstated!

Received in good time, good quality earphones with a decent bass response

I bought these to use on planes with the in-flight entertainment, as I often struggle to hear the dialogue in movies with regular low-cost earphones. What it doesn't say on the description is that in addition to the 3 sizes of "ear bubbles", you also get a pair of memory foam bubbles too - these are what really make the difference! They fit/expand in your ears for a snug fit that really helps to block the engine noise and means you can hear everything on the movie soundtrack. Also tried them for listening to music and they're as good as my more expensive, powered noise cancelling earphones. Just be sure to use the foam bubbles!

I love the unique red and black design and the overall look of these headphones, they are really stylish, when it comes to sound quality, everything is perfect, they come in a cute little pouch and they even have some foam earplugs that go in the headphones so you can wear them when you sleep or on a long flight somewhere. Overall, these are perfect and well worth the price, if you want good quality things you have to be prepared to splurge a little, these are affordable in my opinion for such great headphones.

For this price very good built quality and sound. I made a mistake of buying one without a remote but sound quality is very good with deep base and good low frequency response. A bit uncomfortable due to the weight of the cable hence I wear them over the neck. They do are a taller body to the in ear unit hence stick out of the ear which is normal but better headphones like iQualTech Crystal Sound - Ceramic Sculpted Earphones are low profile. Though these one with their red and black cable look flashy if you like that.Another unique feature is the plugin cable from the in-ear unit this make this headphone more sturdy actually as for any accidental pull you wont risk the internal cable to be broken. This feature is very unique and has no negatives to be honest to my dought in the beginning. Overall very good headphone and if you need a remote headphone also look at iQualTech's Ceramic Headphones as well just purchased them and they are quite good as well.

I ordered them exactly 1 month ago. When I tried them for the first time I was amazed how good they sound. i used them almost every day on my commute to work and back. For the most part they were comfortable, but every now and then they would fall out of my ears, mostly beacuse of the fairly heavy cable. yes, it's "tangle free" (not quite), but the downside is that the cable is heavy. I like to wear the cable behind clothing. Unfortunately, due to the type of the cable and the positioning of the splitter, wearing them behind t-shirt or any other clothing is uncomfortable, as the cable would bend a hang on the sides of your cheeks, so i ended up wearing them over the clothing. Nothing I could not bear with. Unfortunately, 2 days ago, while they just sat in my jacket's pocket for about a day, I took them out and when I plugged them I noticed that the right earbud was not working. Technically, they are designed so you can rotate the bud 360 degrees and the pivot where the cable meets the earbud was already a bit loose and was making creaking noises since day 1. That is when I noticed that the pivot broke and there was no longer a connection between the cable and the earbud. I treated them with care, but it was not enough. Disappointing build quality, I have 3 stars for the sound quality.

Wired headphones nearly always have cable problems after a while. These are relatively inexpensive, have flat wires that don't tangle too much and don't break the bank when you have to eventually dispose of them. Bass is a touch on the light side for me but they are good enough. Not high-end but certainly ok.

I'm on my third pair of DC950s but not because they are bad but rather because they are so good. My first pair got accidentally washed when I didn't see them in my gym bag. The 2nd pair got wet when a shampoo bottle leaked. They still work but the deep bass was lost. I'm on my third pair now, Hands-down these are the best earphones I've ever had. The bass is deep and booming but the mid-range and high frequencies are excellent as well. I had purchased a Betron B25 to replace my 2nd ruined DC950 since Amazon wasn't carrying the DC950 at the time bu the B25 was nowhere nearly as good as the DC950.

Buona fattura, (corpo in alluminio), mancano di gommini di ricambio per adattarsi a più padiglioni auricolari. Nel complesso si sentono bene ed il cavo è sufficentemente lungo.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch den Phones gegenüber da es keine einzige Kundenrezension auf Amazon gibt und gebe euch mal ein kurzes Feedback. Alle Angaben zur Soundqualität sind natürlich auf mich bezogen. Mir bleibt nur Eins zu sagen: Für diesen Preis sind die Phones Weltklasse und können locker mit den Earpods von Apple mithalten. Mit den richtigen Aufsätzen blenden sie fast jegliche Außengeräusche aus und der Bass ist kräftig wie kein anderer dieser Preisklasse. Aber passt auf wenn ihr die Aufsätze wechselt denn sie lassen sich nur sehr schwer wieder aufziehen. Das Design ist auch wunderschön und die Phones sind komplett aus Metall also sehen sie extrem hochwertig aus. Dass Kabel ist Flach, dass heißt es kommt kaum zur Verwicklung des Kabels. Zur Lieferung (Standardversand): Sehr schnell, waren schon nach zwei Tagen bei mir (Deutschland-Österreich). Fazit: Würde sie sofort wieder kaufen. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch weiter helfen. Was ich schon lange gesucht habe ist endlich verfügbar. Diese Kopfhörer dämpfen aber nicht so daß man gar nichts mehr wahrnimmt. Habe nach in ears gesucht die TV Ton wegdämpfen. Während meine Partnerin Fernsieht, möchte ich etwas anderes hören. Bisher hatte ich mit viel teureren Produkten wenig Erfolg. Eine ausreichende Dämpfung scheint technisch schwierig. DC950 von Betron sind die ersten womit ich echt zufrieden bin. Auch in der U Bahn kann man zwar noch die Durchsage verstehen, stört aber überhaupt nicht. Technisch ist der Frequenzbereich wie auch bei teureren Geräten nicht anders. Mir gefällt der Ton sehr gut, es ist auch noch Bass zu hören. Für diesen Preis ein High Class In Ear. Danke an Bertron

Bought one of these 2-3 years ago and loved them. Good sound quality and they aren't lying about the tangle free cords. Eventually the right side started cutting out ( I assume a broken wire from countless times rolling into a ball and stuffing in my shirt pocket). Bottom line: even though the first set failed I liked them enough to buy another.
