Great for the price
I brought this to for a better HD picture on my screen and to also play some games. The graphics are smooth and it can handle a lot of games with good frame rates. For the price, you are paying you are getting a very decent graphics card that will fit in one of your PCI-E slots and leave space for the other slot as most higher spec cards take both slots.A very smooth experience for office and gaming unless you are looking for 200fps on games then I would certainly get this.

MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 1030 2G LP OC Graphics Card '2GB GDDR5, 1518MHz
Old Sapphire 7950HD video card died after 11 years. Needed a replacement, was after a GTX card but opted for this due to availability. No regrets. Bright and crisp picture. Full HD movie playback. This replacement is not for serious game playing so sufficient for general HD movies etc. No issues so far.

So far, so good
I bought this video card to upgrade the graphics on an old HP 'Elite' 8200 drive unit I bought to entertain me during our extended 'lockdown'. The idea was to find one with enough 'bang' for my 'bucks' such that I could play "Rise of Flight" that demands better graphics. Delivery was the customary rapidity with excellent packaging. Today I summoned up time & courage to fit it. I had found an excellent YouTube video clip depicting how to do it. (There are also a number that are much less instructive). My first shock was that the 'low profile' card I'd ordered had a normal, deeper backing plate; but adjacent in the box was the correct low profile plate. How odd. How tiresome. So despite being a 'time served engineer' I sweated for several minutes finding the right screwdrivers & trying not to touch the delicate circuit board during the changeover. Finally I was able to fit the card correctly, close the lid , reconnect the power supply & restart the p.c. Good. It still runs O.K. but the real test will be when I have time to test the game. Watch this space! (I have given 3 stars to 'sheerness', as I am ignorant of that term in this setting!)

Good replacement
This card is a super replacement or add-in for PCs that need a low powered card for more demanding office work, better video output and low-end games. I have 3 older PCs the other two have GT710s in them and work fantastically well, but I decided to go for a 1030 this time as it was on offer. You can see a very noticeable difference in the general operation on the PC, I used this card in my HP 8200 Elite to give me a smoother experience on my ultra-widescreen as the old i5 2400 was struggling a little bit with a few applications and browsers open, this card has made all the difference, the windows are snappier, cleaner and I get no lag now when switching between numerous windows/browser pages.Note, this is not really a gaming card though they are often touted as such, though I expect you can play some titles on lower settings and plenty of low demand games will likely run very smoothly and without issue.I would recommend this card if you need a relatively cheap but modern upgrade for your ageing computer or just to give your budget PC a nice little boost without too much effort or cash.

Perfect for your day to day tasks.
Perfect for what I needed for my daughters SFF computer. Fits in one slot with no overhang and no additional power needed. If you are wanting something that is great for general computer purposes then this card is for you. This is not a gaming card, don’t even try to compare it to anything that is as that would be an unfair comparison. It will play most games on medium-high settings at 1080p on the setup I have built. My daughter uses it for school work and light gaming. She plays fortnite at medium/high(mostly high) 1080p settings at 50+ FPS. This is with an overclock and matched with an i5 6500 and DDR4 16GB dual channel. My daughter only plays a few games, Fortnite, Minecraft, Rocket League and Roblox so this card is perfectly placed and priced at mrsp. I paid £68 for this card which was a bargain, don’t pay over the odds or you will be disappointed, this is not a gaming card but it will play games.

A lot of card for the money.
Take it out of the antistatic wrapper, push it into the graphics card slot and Bob's your uncle you're in business. Excellent modern card which draws little power but plays games fine at the lower end of display. Lots of reviews on the web or YouTube.

It is a good way to add HD port to an old PC
An entry level Graphic card with decent quality. It is a good way to add an HD port to your old PC. Also, if you are a gamer, then you can play old title games on this card. The card doesn't require power supply as it takes power through the PCI slot. I had problem installing the driver from the MSI website. So when you installing the card, get the driver from Nvidia website and allow automatic update. If you are a hard fan gamer then I recommend going for the GTX family of Graphic cards.

A happy child, a happy dad
I bought this for my son's desktop to play games on. If you can imagine what its like for a parent to change a kids attitude to his pc in one evening, where all amounts of anger go away because his games run smoother and the blissful quiet from the child while he plays happily. Priceless. Easy to install. Drivers install without problems. Windows 10 and Linux.
