Worth It!
This is delicious and I feel good after eating. I make it with green onions, carrots and Japanese BBQ sauce. I would definitely buy again. If it was a lil cheaper I'd buy a few at a time.

Good substitute for regular ramen
I put these in hot water with dehydrated vegetables and bullion cubes for lunch at work. They take a little longer than regular ramen noodles but soften fine without boiling them. The flavour is mild and the noodles have a good texture. They are filling. I usually eat one meal a day. I feel like they are healthier than regular noodles. About 240 calories for a cube. I would get them again

Worth trying but purple yams are not for everyone
Purple yam is a type of sweet potato but not the same as what we normally get in the US. I am unfortunately sensitive to this kind the same way I'm sensitive to soy. (They're grown in Southeast Asia.) It's delicious if you can tolerate it but they do make a straight buckwheat option if not. I hope they'll add a regular sweet potato option as well.

These taste great
My mom had dietary restrictions and can’t eat many things. She found this brand at a discount store and tried the ramen noodles. After trying them and liking them I went hunting for more. I found these and we love them. They taste great and are healthy. You add whatever spice and veggies you want. They don’t taste like beets which is nice. You get the health benefits without the strong taste.

Smashed into tiny bits
This tastes delicious and has a good texture for noodle soup BUT it came shipped in a bag and it was smashed into tiny pieces. Waste of money
