Has helped with hair loss.
I started taking these after a bout of shingles and my hair started falling out. I started reading up about iodine especially after menopause and decided to give these a go having been recommended by a friend. After a couple of weeks my hair stopped falling out (it was coming out badly, small handful every day). Completed that bottle till finished and realised my hair was back to normal. About 4 months later, the problem returned so I went back on these and once again , my hair has stopped falling out. This will be my third order now and will continue to use them to keep my hair!

An natural suppliment for boosting your iodine levels.
Mainly bought it as I read up on how natural iodine suppliments can help prevent breast cancer. The pills are easy to swallow and have no real sideeffects. I like the fact that it's comes from a natural source as in seaweed extracts. Will last you at least two months (one a day with food) also apparently very good for you hair but that will take a few months before I see any real benefit in this area. I am suffering from thinning of my scalp hair, will update review accordingly.

I had visited the doctor about a swollen thyroid gland. He confirmed it was a goitre and sent me for blood tests which came back 'normal'. Not satisfied I did some research and read a lot about iodine. This supplement looked good as it is a whole food source of organic iodine plus all the minerals needed for its use by the body. Also it is 100% additive free and allergen free. Amazingly after only two days, my thyroid gland has gone down significantly!

My products were delivered on Sunday the 4th January as stated in the email. Its been four days and I actually feel healthy. To my day I've also started making smoothies/blended fruits and vegetables, meditating and yoga. I've been hypothyroid since 2005 (50mcg a day). Next week I will have my routine blood test. Fingers cross for a positive change in my thyroid level.

Definitely worth trying if you have thyroid issues
Now on my second pack, I have really noticed that I feel a lot better and will continue to talk. My brain fog is slowly improving also.
