Amazing item and brilliant customer service
Items as described if not better, the cheapest in the market and quite efficient when t comes to electricity usage.Also very good customer service as I had to contact them couple of times and they were very responsive and solved my issues.

Shine A Bright Light
Excellent value. They work brilliant and actually give off better light than the previous light bulbs. Very happy with the purchase and the order arrived promptly.

Think my wiring is screwed
Bought because a light went out. Went to replace with these and I think it's actually my wiring that's gone as they didn't work and I tried all of them. I don't think it's the bulbs.

Purchasing process
The order was handled by Environlite. The first consignment did not arrive. Environlite sent out a replacement consignment straight away. Unfortunately the bulbs were not Philips and did not match the others we have. Environlite promptly sent out two Philips bulbs and remitted the money I had spent. The company reacted quickly and courteously when I contacted them.

I HAD A FREE UP GRADE ON THESE BULBS.THEY HAD SOLD OUT SO SENT A MORE EXPENSIVE BULB. VERY WELL PACKED AND SPEED OF LIGHT DELIVERY.(EXCUSE THE PUN ). PAID A FRACTION OF THE SUPERMARKET PRICE AND I'M NOW SORTED FOR THE LONG COLD AND VERY DARK WINTER.....LOVE TO ALL YOU LADIES....X

ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS
The first one blew out in 2 weeks so I replaced it and the second one followed suit after 2 weeks. Highly recommend that you do NOT buy this product

Elle a tenu un mois... je ne recommande vraiment pas ce produit qui n'a donc tenu que quelques semaines, la ou les précédentes ampoules d'une autre marque avaient tenu 3 ans
