I was really excited to try this but I literally cannot open the container. I got some dudes to try and they even super glued something on the lid for extra torque. Nothing worked. The only way I can get the product is if I break the container and then out it in a different container if it's not ruined with glass shards. Update So we finally opened it and I've used it a couple of times but now it got moldy and is unusable (I stored it correctly and it said it should still last another year!) so definitely not worth the money

This works very well for my mucus problem, but the lid got stuck on the jar all the time. I had to open with a screwdriver by lifting up the lid between the gap. You will hear the pop sound when ready to open by hands. The seller should fix this issue ASAP!!

One problem I experienced was opening it! I even took it to the gym so that my gym buddies could help open it, no joke, none could open it. Thanks to Youtube, I finally managed to open it. Besides that drama, the product clears the throat.

My husband hurt his left shoulder while trying to open the lid. And I lost 30 bucks since this item is not eligible for a return. Not happy about it.

Bought as a gift and the recipient loved it. The only complaint was how hard it was to open the bottle.
