Slim Fit Orthotic Arch Support Insoles, 3/4 Length, Plantar Fascitis & Knee Pain Relief (Black, 5/6.5 UK)

Have been really pleased with these. Not sure what's wrong with my feet but in certain shoes (including trainers that are supposed to have proper arch support) the arches of my feet become really painful when walking even short distances. I've had this one pair of these insoles for 1.5 yrs and have been swapping them between my walking boots, everyday trainers, badminton shoes and netball shoes and they are still going strong. They prevent any pain from occurring and on the rare occasions I get pain it's when my shoes are too tight. I've coming back to get a few more pairs so that I don't have to keep swapping them between shoes! Highly recommend!

The inner soles are good but the tend to slip down the shoe. But otherwise they do what they are supposed to do and are comfortable to wear.

These are comfortable when positioned correctly, however I can’t seem to find a way to get them to stay put in my shoes. Despite purchasing the right size they slip down my shoe and then cause pain as they are no longer aligned to the arch of my foot.Read lots of positive reviews before purchasing but unfortunately not a one size fits all solution

I was recommended these by a podiatrist who took one look at my feet and prescribed them for me. I wish I had known about them a lot time ago. They help stop my toes getting bruised due to my shoes not fitting me properly.

I've had show inserts for a few years now. I have flat feet and had bone on bone knees. Bought new inserts as had another surgery and my original NHS physio advised this brand to ease pain. They work and are a very reasonable price.

Does the job, well made and fit good.

I bought 6 of these already so that I don't have to keep swapping them between shoes. I don't have plantar fasciitis but have feet that roll inwards and these really help with arch support and straightening my gait. In the past I used 3/4 or full length orthotics and you would have to remove the insole with a consequence that you then loose cushioning. These are slim enough that they fit in the shoe with the original insole. Also the price is excellent.

Molto comodo, peccato perché malgrado siano già preincollati non aderiscono perfettamente e durante l'uso tendono a spostarsi. Io ho aggiunto del biadesivo

le solette 3/4 hanno il vantaggio di poter indossare la scarpa senza la pressione sulla parte anteriore del piede alla parte superiore della scarpa, le ho bloccate con del biadesivo e non si muovono, peccato che non hanno consistenza, polistirolo che cede solo dopo qualche ora di utilizzo, sono di dimensioni max 38, in quanto porto il 40 e nella scarpa non arrivano al bordo lateralequindi per me negativo.
