Restored my vacuum to my IWE and took care of my intermittent 4x4 Hi light. My 2008 F150 Lariat is back in 2WD for daily driving.

Perfect this has with roof stay away from rain or wash car, when you see my pic old one is without roof and that’s how value has been rust and stuck from rust like damage so now this new with roof it’s such better that’s one old. Five star! Also good price too!

Great OEM product.
Ordered for my 05 F-150 FX4 to replace the original part that allowed water/rain to enter the unit. . Immediately fixed grinding 4x4 engaging noise. Great product at a great price for an OEM part. Installed in less than 15 minutes including removing the battery for easy access. I highly recommend this product.

Why buy a cheap reproduction when the Ford brand is not any more expensive? Since I'm working on my personal truck, I try to get OEM Ford parts. I figure the originals lasted 160k miles, so I likely won't be around this truck when it was 320k on it.

Quality part
I had a vacuum issue with my 2004 F-150 FX4. This replacement actuator looks more durable than original. I've had no issue since.

Fixed the old solenoid problem
I used this to replace the old solenoid valve on my 2005 f-150 4x4. The original does not have the shelter built around it like this one which fixes the problem of water getting into the vacuum 4x4 system.

Got rid of the clunk
1/2 the price of my local dealership.Lame setup from oem. the defuDefault is 4wd, due to loss of vacuum through solenoid. It took a while to figure out what was going on with the clunks and grind. A vacuum bypass was the test. Almost traded my truck in for a chevy.

Worked perfectly in my 2006 F150
Replaced malfunctioning old design solenoid in my 2006 F150 4.6L Supercrew. Restored my 4WD instantly. If you do this repair, you should replace the check valve too.
