The shipping process was solid with on-time delivery and well packaged materials that were clearly marked for weight, handling, and the fragile nature of the box container in which the fixture arrived. This fandelier is strongly warranted, and while we had an issue with our remote control of the fan blades after purchase, Mooni was there to help diagnose the issue and to quickly make it right. This is very important for customers putting faith in a sophisticated lighting and ceiling fan fixture that is traveling great distances to its destination. The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble. Two people to install product, light is bright , look great in black, the size is perfect for the low sealing kitchen. It performs very well and the air flow is strong .

This is the most beautiful piece. It also has great air quality even on speed 1. We were skeptical at first about how much air would come from the blades, but no issues at all. However, make sure to inspect all the pieces because after installation we noticed we were missing about 30 crystals or three boxes. The company had a quick response to our concern and shipped the crystals out the next day, for that we still rate this fan as a 5.

While it may be a bit pricey, it proves to be a worthwhile investment. I've owned it for just a few weeks, primarily during the winter, so I haven't extensively utilized the fan. Nevertheless, the light it emits is stunning. Several individuals have praised its appearance. The installation, though not overly simple, is understandable given the numerous small components involved.

The media could not be loaded. Light shade was damaged in shipping, Moooni shipped replacement but it took almost month to get it.Step one was omitted since light shade came assembled. Rest of assembly was pretty cut and dry. It takes 2 people to hang the light/ fan combo. Last step was hang crystal balls…it took about 30 minutes for the last step. We are very pleased with product and would recommend it. For the price we got a beautiful piece of art in our ceiling that we are proud of, you look at it and all you see is chandelier…the fan portion is concealed until fan is turned.

Purchased this fan about 6 months ago. We just had it installed as we are building our home and it took more time than we expected to get the lighting completed. The chandelier is gorgeous however, the remote control does not work. The prongs are in backwards 😳 and therefore the fan and non of the operations work without the remote. When we call the 800 number for support no one answers and they direct us to Facebook? No one has returned any calls and we are very disappointed. We have a beautiful light that basically only half works. If the manufacturer or any one knows how we can get this remote please let us know. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞!

This light fan fixture was fairly easy to install. The crystals were time consuming but not complicated. The fan is quiet and provides a great breeze even on the lowest setting. You can even upload the app and control it from your phone. Would definitely purchase again!!
