Same toothbrush my dentist gives out, the head size is nice and soft. Small enough to fit in the back of your mouth if you have wisdom teeth still so cleaning ability is superb. Quality and functionality is excellent.

I thought they were extra soft brushed. After many uses they do become softer. Dentist recommended but not the same

The bristles are not to harsh and not too soft. Great for sensitive teeth but cleans well.

Love these! I have a small mouth, and it isn't easy to brush with other toothbrushes. This one gets the job done.

I bought theses to replace the Colgate Ultra Compact Head, Ultra Soft Bristle toothbrush which is no longer available. These do have a compact head, but the bristles are not ultra soft. I used one of the toothbrushes for the past three days and will not be using it again. It is very harsh on my sensitive gums. The remaining toothbrushes will be given to charity. Hopefully, someone will be able to use them, but they are not for sensitive gums.
