I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experiences with this product for anyone else who might have the same sleep issues I have. I've got a deviated septum which means that only one of my nostrils is about 50% open and the other one is nearly completely blocked. During the day this doesn't cause me too much discomfort, but at night if I have even the slightest blocked sinus I have to breathe through my mouth which invariably leads to a bad night's sleep. Over the years I've tried many different products, different types of nasal dilators, ones that insert into the nostrils. I found these to be uncomfortable and to have rather mixed results. I also became dependent on decongestant sprays which just make the problem worse over time. This product has helped me get off the decongestants, they hold my nostrils open just enough to allow that extra bit of airflow, maybe just 10 - 20% more airflow (don't expect miracles) but it's enough to let me nose breathe most nights. They're comfortable to wear and you quickly forget you have it on.A note on the effectiveness of the adhesive, I wash my nose with warm water and a bit of soap, then dry thoroughly before applying and I find the stickiness to be perfect and lasts the entire night. In the morning I peel off carefully, while holding the skin beside, (don't rip it off quickly and you should be fine). Everyone is different though, i.e. if you're a teenager you might have oilier skin and the adhesive might not work as well or last as long. Sleep is really important and if you're looking at these you're looking for a solution, I think these are definitely worth a try and i'm glad i found them.

Work well but the glue is really sticky so need some skin tlc/ cleanser afterwards

Can’t go wrong with nasal strips, definitely helps me breathe better at night.

I’ve been using the Breathe Right strips to help sleep at night because of deviated septum but I need the large ones. The Breathe Rights strips work a treat but are quite expensive so I did a bit of research and came across these and saw the decent reviews. The value was great, a couple of quid less than Breathe Right for double the amount of strips. And…buy cheap, buy twice. The adhesive isn’t as effective and has caused irritation to the skin on my nose and around it and the strips aren’t as big as the Breathe Right large strips are, basically rendering them ineffective for me. They might work for some, but not me.

Good value, I believe they are better than the original (which are too sticky for me). Take care to ease off gently once used.

Pops off on one side after about 4 hours.. I am careful and wipe the outer surface of my nose dry. Disappointed.

I've used multiple brands of breathing aid strips and this is the worst. No pull power and the adhesive doesnt hold for long. Overall poor product compared to others.

Adhesive was worthless. Not returnable! Want refund!!!
