Great Product, Great Company!
I love Wholefood Earth, and have used their products, both on a professional and personal basis for several years. The quality is always second to none, and the service and prices are great too.The spelt I bought recently is delicious and great value for money. It's easy to cook and very filling, and unlike some grains, such as farro, barley, and freekeh, it doesn't give me an upset stomach. (I'm not coeliac, by the way.)I have no hesitation in recommending this spelt... and Wholefood Earth in general. No, I am not being paid to say nice things about them! I just feel that when you find a brand that has great customer service, a really good high-quality product range at a decent price point, and is ethical too, it's worth sticking with. And it's good to support small businesses, of course!

A great alternative to rice
I love spelt grain. I add to soups, casseroles and chilli etc. It keeps an al dente texture after it is cooked and brings that something different to a recipe

Tasty alternative to Rice or Pearled Barley
Wanted to try something different and love the nutty taste of this. Works well in soups or as an alternative to Rice (either plain or in a risotto).Needs soaking before use, but can actually eat raw once soaked for 24 hours (should you want to). Cooking directions on pack are to soak for 8 hours and then boil for 40-60 minutes

Excellent Quality
This is an excellent quality product. If you're looking to add more grains & fibre to your diet, spelt is very tasty and has a nice chewy texture.
