I got these to help with weight loss. On that side, it’s too early to tell (I appear to have lost 2 pounds in 2 days, but that could just be fluctuations due to other causes - I will update this review in a month or so if this is sustained). However, there is one early positive result that I felt compelled to report on without waiting: I’ve had a huge improvement in morning breath in just two days:I am very diligent with my oral hygiene: brushing, flossing, brushing my tongue, gargling, etc. And yet, me breathe, and the taste in my mouth every morning, is always terrible. Despite all these efforts. Two days in, and that terrible taste is gone, and my breath is okay, even before I’ve brushed my teeth. Remarkable!

In a month, this probiotic improved my sleep quality, and significantly reduced my symptoms of IBS and Acid reflux - I couldn’t believe it. It is the best probiotic I’ve ever tried. Only a couple of caveats - the first time I tried it by just adding to my regular diet and it did not agree with me. After a few months I had to take antibiotics for a week and I started this probiotic again alongside the antibiotic, and continued the probiotic daily after I finished my antibiotic course. This time it worked wonders! Second caveat, I had to stop taking it recently for some medical tests that required no probiotic use and within days of stopping most of my symptoms from before returned. So I did not experience a sustained effect, in my case I think I need to keep taking it for effect to continue. It is worth it though in my opinion.All in all highly recommend it!

Switched to these from Optibac everyday. Since switching I have felt a little more bloated and less settled than when using my usual Optibac everyday tablets, which I've used for many years. This band is the same price as Optibac for double the volume of tablets -so a better value- but I think I'll go back to Optibac after this batch is finished. These are still good, and a world away from taking nothing in terms of reducing bloating and increasing that settled and calm stomach and gut feeling, but I definitely feel more 'effect' in terms of positive change from Optibac brand when comparing these directly.

Despite having a healthy diet, in recent years I've developed gut problems, which include severe pain and bloating that affect me at all times, even waking me in the night. Adjusting my diet and omitting specific foods has made no difference and the fact that there was no consistency in the symptoms made it difficult to find a cause. I started taking one of these daily and within days there was a huge improvement. After two months, I switched to one month of Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex to increase all-round gut bacteria and have now returned to the Advanced Daily Biotic to maintain my gut health. I am now virtually symptom-free and would recommend giving the Inessa products a try.

I love this and has made me feel great. My issue is this label, it’s an attractive bottle so why put this on so I don’t want to leave it out. I will change my subscription to the actual manufacturer as opposed to Amazon.

Who knows whether it works or not??? I know pain in my gut started to decline about 2 to 3 weeks after starting these capsules. I am happy to continue taking them hoping they are the reason for this.

But amazing product within a week you can see the difference doesn't need to be stored in the fridge, just a bit expensive
