Easy to assemble, easy to use,
A fantastic pair of push up handles. They are not only really comfortable to use but they are so much more safer for your wrists than doing performing normal push ups.They are really easy to assemble and require no instruction manual. The only criticism I can make of this product is that the suction flaps aren’t all that great but other than that it is a quality product.

help improve press-up range and technique
I have smooth wooden floors and they work well on them and don't slip. Definitely help improve press-up range and technique.Very easy to assemble (like under a minute each) and I've had them several weeks and given them plenty of use so lasting well so far.

Disappointing -great idea but after using for a few days I cannot use anymore - the padding is very thin and is very painful on the base of my hand. I am quite heavy though - over 92kg - so lighter people may not have the same problemBack to the hard floor!

Very sturdy, do what they're supposed to
Very sturdy, do what they're supposed to. My only quibble is that the four securing screws aren't a good fit. I think the pre drilled holes are a bit too big but it's quite easily remedied by using some bigger self tappers (but you shouldn't have to do this on a new item).

Great Material and love the grip
Love this product. Good material, comfortable grip and love the suction pad addition. It doesn't slide and its useful to do some body exercises at home for conditioning. Comes with 2 screws which secures the handle comfortably to the base. Worth the money and would definitely recommend!

Good push bar and gets you the results you looking for
Best push up bar pair on Amazon tried few but this one my husband using everyday. Works on marble floor but might not stick on wood floor.
