Good value mass supply
These chia seeds are excellent value for such a large pack. Chia seeds are a great source of micronutrients and are very small and virtually tasteless if sprinkled onto other foods. They are versatile as they can be added into most foods, but I especially like them on my breakfast cereal. The only reason I have given this four stars instead of five is because of the packaging. The bag form is OK for storing but it isn't the easier container to dispense loose tiny seeds from. I have to shovel them out with a spoon and inevitably spill some as well as risking contaminating the bag with bacteria from my hand. I also worry about the bag splitting in time. For such a large quantity it would be better to have them in more solid container perhaps eith a scoop included.Overall a very good product for a great price.I hope you find this helpful.

Loads of little high-nutrient packages
This big bumper bag of Chia Seeds is just what the doctor ordered. Everybody knows about the long list of nutrient goodness in each seed but I like to use them more for their physical attributes. They absorb so much water, producing a nice mucilaginous mass which is perfect for use as a bulking agent for soups or stews etc. But what I like to do is soak 'em just prior to retiring for the day - seeds 25:75 water in the fridge - just enough to put a sizable gelatinous portion on my morning porridge. This, as well as plenty of fruit and veg keeps my innards working exactly as I would wish them to!You'll need to be drinking plenty of water too because, even though your seeds should be saturated, they may pull more water from your body into the digestive tract - this is great for a little regularity in your life but may dehydrate you overall.

Organic chia seeds
This is a bumper 1kg pack of chia seeds which are a great source of fibre and protein as well as being packed full of antioxidants. Chia seeds are nutritionally very dense and as such considered a superfood. They are pretty much tasteless but have a nice crunch to them and are great for adding to other food. This pack is resealable for freshness and it was pleasing to note is was full to the top meaning little wastage with packaging. It should also be recyclable as it comes in paper packaging- if nothing else it reduces the use of plastic. The seeds are also organic so no hidden nasties. Not much else to say - I love my chia seeds and this is a good sized and good quality organic pack of them.

1Kg will last me a year... great and yummy chia seeds.
I have been eating chia seeds for a long time now with a variety of things, but my favorite thing to eat them with is yogurt đ. I have tried many different varieties so I know what's good and what's bad when it comes to these small delicious seeds. They come in one large 1kg bag which is enough to last me about a year. Chia seeds, in general, are a rich source of protein, and these included, they tasted really good and I loved them. I usually order a small 250g for about ÂŁ5 so these are really good value for money.đ°đ°5*

Bargain and great quality
I canât tell the difference between this and much more expensive chia seeds. If it stays at this price I will definitely buy it again. The seeds are a nice addition to porridge, giving a little extra texture to the mix along with fruit and nuts, while bringing all the health benefits chia can bring. The packet is effective and seals each time to keep the seeds fresh. I sometimes decant 1/4 of the tub into a different sealed jar to keep a smaller quantity in amongst my breakfast goodies.

Great value for money, packaging good
I am new to chia seeds but am adding them to my shakes to give them more protein.Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.A 28-gram, or 1-ounce, serving of chia seeds also contains 5.6 grams of protein.Mixed with water, they can replace egg in vegan cooking.Chia seeds can be eaten cooked or raw, but they should be added to another food or soaked before eating.
