I like that this is a larger bulb but it defeats the purpose of buying a bulb type design because it comes with a hard round tube for a tip instead of the normal design a rubber bulb is supposed to be.

I like the syringe hand bulbs for cleaning out my ears, but have only been able to find the little baby size at pharmacies in our area.This one is nice and large and the bulb holds lots of water which means you can get a really good cleanse.One design feature that is different than others that I have tried is that the tip part is removable, which is nice for cleaning.
