Even though I'm returning the drum, I give it five stars because it is well made and the sound is very relaxing if you know how to play music. I purchased it after seeing all those videos of people putting them out in the rain and the rain drops making beautiful sounds, I will tell you that those videos are fake, does not work like that at all.The drum itself is a great product but I have zero musical talent to play it and the rain videos are fake bs so I'm sending it back.

I bought three for my three granddaughters for their birthdays. VERY well received. The girls enjoy them and it is the gift they were looking for the next day after when the wrapping paper was cleared away (they are 7 years old). The chimes are lovely and soothing - not harsh and annoying so their parents are very happy too. They like to play at trying the songs in the book, or come up with their own tunes. A good experience in making music.

Works well. The tone is a bit higher and the music sheets are aimed toward children

I got this for my son with autism and he really likes it. It has a nice sound quality and it’s not too small. The only criticism I have is the drum sticks that come with it are poor quality and broke easily. But the drum itself is great and you can use other things to hit it.

I got this for my daughters fifth birthday and she loves it. It sounds great came with mallets and finger tappers (can't remember the right word, they are too small for a 5yo hand).Great addition to our musical instruments!

I really like this drum, it scratches the right parts of my brain when I play it. It is really calming and comes with a small booklet of songs to practice. It doesn’t really make a lot of noise in the rain, I’ve tried it in heavy and light rain and I didnt really hear it either time. Still really nice! It came in a fabric bag with some mallets and finger rings for a different style of playing!

Agréablement surprise par ce petit instrument.Après, je suis novice, il faut donc que je m'entraîne à bien viser avec les baguettes car les notes sont rapprochées du fait de la taille de l'instrument ... enfin j'imagine qu'avec un xylophone c'est encore plus dure, quoi que les notes doivent se suivre ... ici, sur le tongue drum, elles sont dispersées sur le tour de l'instrument (ie. pas consécutives).Les accessoires à mettre aux doigts sont, selon moi, totalement inutiles car ils ne permettent pas de produire de jolis sons. Avec les baguettes en revanche, les notes sont jolies.Je suis satisfaite du rapport qualité prix.

Je l’ai acheté pour le fils (2 ans) d’un ami qui est musicien, le père comme le fils ont adoré. J’avais peur que les sonorités soient un peu désagréables (un peu comme quand on donne un xylophone à un enfant quoi..) mais pas du tout !
