After pulling my back several times from sleeping on my side due to size (large lady), trapezium, sometimes it would come back out the same day, I felt embarrassed to keep going back to osteopath. However, putting baby oil on my back I was able to position this perfectly and move it. I have tried a tennis ball in a pair of tights and positioning my back against the wall which wasn't always effective. This is more effective and you can feel exactly where you need to be. Best back buddy ever.

I can't begin to explain to you all how useful this is. As others have said it allows you to reach those places on the back which really need a good deep massage and with this tool you can really dig away at those knots. I've been using it daily since it arrived a couple of days ago on a particularly knotty shoulder and neck and it's already paid for itself in my opinion. I'll be recommending it to other members of my family. The only issue I have is to do with the packaging. It came in an overly big brown box, wrapped only in brown paper and no other packaging, so I couldn't tell if it was a new one or a used one I had received.

I've no experience of using anything like this or needing it. My back just got loads of problems and the physio was spending way to much time finding knots and I'd have to wait the next wk to get any new ones seen to. This has helped me. I have found many trigger points that just weren't going with the tennis ball idea. Glad I got this. I still need physio but this was easyour to use and follow. I've only really used the two ends yet but it's a well thought out device. Arrived quickly and we'll packaged.

I have had muscular back pains for a very long time in my upper back. I have been to the osteopath, chiropractor and had acupuncture. All of which alleviate the tension temporarily and for a COST. I purchased this after watching a video online. Back still has issues but much much better. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic device! I bought it on recommendation from a physio and it just seems to get the right spot every time. Can be fiddly and awkward to finding the right knobs to use, but once you do, you'll be surprised! Definitely recommend it.

This may look strange, but it is amazingly effective for relieving an aching back or sore neck or stiff shoulder. I gave mine (which I'd had for years) to my son in law, who finds it equally useful, and bought myself another.

It’s good but I don’t know if you can start using in on a daily basis. Definitely not bad product.
