With a small freezer, I was looking for a way to incorporate more fruit and vegetables into my morning smoothie that didn't involve using up all the space. This is perfect. It blends well and adds a good colour and flavour.

I was fed up throwing half my spinach because it didn’t stay fresh. I bought this to try, and I love it. Good in mayonnaise, scrambled eggs ( green eggs ) and hidden in gravy as a thickener. Decanted into air tight jar.

Firstly, the bag I received was under 1KG and weighed less than the listed weight, not really an issue but something to be aware of.The spinach powder itself comes packed in a sealed bag, the bag cannot be re-sealed once opened. The spinach powder seems good quality, it can easily be mixed well with water and is suitable for our needs. I’m sure that I have two different batches of powder in one bag are there seems to be two different ‘greens’ in the bag, it seems a little off colour. Spinach powder has many uses and this powder is affordable and good quality, recommended.
