Towball mounted 4 or 5-bike Cycle or luggage Rack from

Simple well designed carrier, well engineered. However the plastic try is not included as it says in the advert and the user instructions haven't been revised as the product has been upgraded, tried to call them but the number provided is also out of date!

I love the fact that I can fit this bike rack to my vehicle in just a couple of minutes, with just one bolt to tighten. Once fitted, the rack is very stable and does not move at all.This rack can also be used in various configurations to carry other loads making it very versatile.I can comfortably fit four adult bikes on this rack and, with some jiggling, can get three adult and two kids bikes on.This rack is very well made and looks like it will last a long time.Unfortunately on my vehicle, a van style MPV with full height, lift-up tailgate, the tilt feature of the rack does not drop far enough to allow the tailgate to open with the rack fitted. This is just a minor annoyance for me as the rack can be removed very quickly. I doubt that the rack could be tilted safely with a full load on anyway.So, for a solid, versatile, no frills cycle carrier, I am very happy to recommend this rack.

We haven't used it yet but it seems quite strong and sturdy so should be fit for purpose, a couple of things we thought let it down was there's no end caps for the metal rodes, they're quite sharp so we've ordered some separately and the 2 bits of bungie that came with it seem quite inadequate for any purposes so 1 star knocked off due to those bits that would have just finished it's quality off, it seems like someone at the end of the production line said "that'll do".

Easy to install but unstable on the bar, it rotates around the towball on every bend. Too tight to have 5 bikes on it.

Mine did not come with any instructions. Is that normal? Can’t find a pdf version online either

This is more heavy and robust than i imagined, but seems good quality with it. Used already holds 3 adult bikes fine, the supplied elastic ties are not overly practical - I used straps of my own - but they supplement securing the bikes. It holds rock steady in use, slight wiggle on bolts which permit it to fold downwards to clear tailgate, but nothing of concern. I did have to make my case with suppliers unwilling initially to honour their advert to also supply the box that can be attached, but got it in the end.

The bak rak is sturdy and carried all 5 of the family bikes to France and back. I added a couple of straps to it as I thought the oen supplied was slightly inadequate. very good product.
