Ho comprato questo termometro soprattutto per preparare le caramelle fatte in casa, perché avevo bisogno di controllare con precisione la temperatura durante la preparazione. Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro, è semplice da usare e fino ad ora mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Una cosa che apprezzo particolarmente è anche la protezione della sonda, molto comoda per riporlo senza lasciarla scoperta. Per l'uso che ne faccio io è un prodotto davvero riuscito. Cinque stelle meritate.
