I now have 6 of the solar wifi cameras and plan to get more. The video quality and reliability of them have been a lifesaver through the build of my new home and now for security day and night. Nothing but positives for my Xega cams! Great value!

Great camera and great service.

These camera were great from a visual standpoint. I set one up in my shop that has no windows. Took a photo from the camera with the shop lights on, with them off and only the camera light on, then with IR only. The images were fantastic and could easily see every item clearly from 50 feet in pitch black dark.The issue I have with the cameras was the motion detection. I mounted the camera outside, above the door of the shop as well as outside the house on the patio. The patio only detected motion when someone walked within 25 feet of the camera and did not detect them driving up and getting out of their car 45 feet away.The shop camera detection was even worse. The camera was mounted a few feet above the door and it did not detect me walking out the door, making a large circle in the drive, then returning to the door. To me, that was a big problem. I needed something to alert me when someone is near and that did not happen.I repeated the test using different detection settings with the same result. The only time the motion detection worked was when I placed the ladder in front of the camera to take it down.I would absolutely recommend these cameras for monitoring, but the motion detection needs to improve.

I bought this package of cameras for my mother has trouble with technology because they seemed easy for her to manage. Everything you need in order to get these set up come with the cameras. The two Sim cards help so you can store video so you don't have to connect to the cloud. It took me about 10 minutes each to set up for the home. I was able to connect to the wifi thru the app that is recommended to download on your phone. The app is easy to manage and access. The speaker on the cameras are loud enough to hear about 30 feet away. You can talk thru your phone and the person who is out side of your home can understand clearly. The awesomething about this is definitely the solar. The panel does good job to get energy on sunny days and store it, enough so that the camera stays on. This if a good value for the price. Highly recommend!

I will say that I like the fact that it's been a year and half ago when I purchased them and they are still working great and they still have a great normal and night vision picture Quality to them .... but what I didn't like was the fact that 1 of them quit working after two weeks.. no idea y.. it just quit...

Great camera quality. Setup was easy. Support was helpful with questions I had.I have to update my previous review for these cameras. I share these cameras with two other phones from my primary phone. The phones that view the cameras as a shared resource can no longer open the cameras when they get notifications. I have tried working with support and the only line they keep coming up with is for me to change networks. One phone cannot do this and the other it did not work. I am resigned to the fact that I will need to replace all 6 cameras.

These cameras are worth every cent. They are high quality and hold up very well. I have purchased a total of 6 solar cameras. 1 runs on Cellular Service aim a remote location in the mountains where the temperature gets in the single digits with snow. ZERO problems. The others are in the city and run on WiFi. Same quality.Annabelle in Customer Service helped me out with some minor issues. She was AWESOME! Went above and beyond. If all Customer Service Representatives were like Annabelle this would be an amazing world.Thank you Xega
