the touch screen protector sits high off the screen making sensitivity non-existent when the full cover is surrounding my iPhone X. Unfortunately I bought this early before the iPhone arrived and the reviews started rolling in. The screen protector works fine when on the phone and the outer cover is not in place. However, when the outer cover is installed it creates enough stress on the screen protector frame to bow the center of the protector up in the center by 0.05 mm or so. This makes gestures and the keyboard very difficult to use without hard pushes on the screen. It is a pity, there is no easy way to remove the screen protector from it's mounting frame and just use the case without the screen protector. It was also very difficult to get the volume and power buttons aligned so they functioned properly. This takes some tweaking to get the case and buttons properly aligned. This is going back today.

I agree with one of the reviewers. LOVE the case but! the screen protector messing with the screen in some areas you need to press hard for the iPhone to pick up.UPDATE: 11/8 - I know the issue guys if you take out the outer case and just leave the screen protector on the screen will work perfectly​. For some reason, i think the outer case is putting too much presser on the inner case making the screen press up a bit. i been trying to stretch the case but still not working I​ will be returning this case soon... :(

I bought this case as previous products from i-Blason have been good. This one is horrible. Screen protector is cloudy, scratches easy, came with a blemish (see photo) but worse of all the touch screen on my iPhone X hardly functions with it.To take the phone out of the case is like surgery. You have to be careful not to damage your $1000+ phone.Stay away from this case. It's junk

The protective glass severely diminishes the tactile sensitivity to finger touches, especially at the center of the screen, which render it useless and painful to even try to type. 8/10 times, you won't get response from touching on the screen unless you poke it like you mean it. The stand on the back is really hard to deploy. Other than that, the protection on the side is as good as it used to be on previous iPhone cases. I've had my phone dropped on the floor many times and survived.i-Blason has to some homework to improve the front cover. Maybe just leave the front cover open since the phone itself is water resistant.

Definitely a great feeling case and it is protective of the iPhone X but.... the only complaint that I have is that you have to press with a good amount of force to type and scroll. Maybe because it's a new case so it takes time but I'm not going to give it that much more time if I have to continue to push with too much pressure. I'll update this post if it starts to become easier but if not... maybe look elsewhere.

Terrible can’t text with it. Screen is either thick or terrible. Have to remove screen protector just to buy another one so I can text. Definitely will not recommend this case

Goving 2 stars only cause of tempred glass protector built in is unresponsive you have to press hard as it os NOT flush to the screen it’s unfortunate cause it is a really nice case. I will be returning it. Hopefully they’ll make an updated version.

Not sure why my first review got deleted. Yes this is very nice, sturdy case and should provide adequate protection. The only flaw for me was the screen protector making it difficult to type/text. Had to press harder than Normal.. causing frustration. So the solution for me was to remove the screen protector and replace with glass protector.....
