I bought these about 3-4 years ago and they're still going strong. They don't have 50 million functions and measure every aspect of your body composition like some other scales allegedly do, but they do weigh you with very good accuracy and consistent readings. I found that the readings from the scales that measure body fat and so on, vary so much from one manufacturer to another that there's no point in bothering with them. All you really need is a decent set of scales that give you consistent accurate readings and this is what these do. They get used regularly and work well. I've never had to change the batteries either, and the best part is these scales take AAA batteries thank heavens! Not those silly button cells that nobody ever has. So they are convenient and reliable. So overall, they are well made, accurate, reliable, convenient, use batteries that you will actually have lying around if they ever need changing not some obscure cell battery that you have to go on a days quest to find, and they look nice. Very glad i bought these.

Arrived well packaged, with clear instructions included - the leaflet also tells you that the batteries are with the polystyrene packing, which I then had to go and retrieve from the bin...I would suggest making this a bit clearer. The scales are light, sturdy and easy to use. The batteries are inserted in the back, and you can change between kg, lbs and stone by pushing the button on the bottom of the scales. The display is clear, and easy to read - it is well lit. I used a 1kg bag of sugar to test the scales first, and it was accurate - will continue to check every so often to see if the accuracy is continuous. I bought these to replace my old scales which gave a different reading everytime. These Canwelum scales gave me the same reading every time so very pleased with my purchase. Hopefully they will live up to their good reputation and continue to provide me with accurate results whilst on my weight loss journey.

These seem to be a perfectly good, accurate set of scales. Nothing fancy but clear illuminated weight readouts in kgs or stones/lbs to a precision of .05 kg. On first use, they did take a few attempts to reach a stable weight, maybe due to an uneven floor location, but subsequent uses on a flat vinyl floor have produced identical readings when weighing was repeated. Although I have not checked their accuracy against a calibrated set of scales, I do keep a regular check on my weight and the weight shown is in accord with expectations. I have also used a multi-functional set of scales previously but after the novelty factor had worn off after a few days, I found that a simple accurate measure of weight was all I needed. These scales provide that. Maybe not as stylish as others on the market, but they provide excellent value and I am happy to recommend them.

Arrived quickly, brilliant price for such a good, accurate scale. This is my third set of scales this year! I replaced my 7-year old set in February with a set from a well known weight loss company, thinking they would be my new best friend. Sadly they were hugely inaccurate, giving fluctuations up to 4lbs within seconds. No such problem with these Canwelum scales - your weight stays constant no matter how many times you step on and off. Measure to 0.1 of a lb or you can set it to kg too if you prefer. Easy to use, you just stand within the blue areas, no metal strips to place your feet accurately on etc. All in all a great buy for the price.

I'm used to scales measuring to the near kg or pound, these go to decimal places. - Accuracy is also good, they reproduce my actual weight. - Display is very easy to read with the backlight. - Item has a low profile and is therefore easy to store. - 3 options for units, stone-lb, lb and kg. Cons: - The colour of the unit is quite bold! Summary All in all, I'm extremely impressed with these scales. They are much better than the unit they've replaced in nearly every single way. They are built well and give accurate results. For £18.99 this will out-perform the high-end branded products.

These seem a lot more reliable and accurate than my previous set. I get the same reading when I step on and off it and back on it again, which may not sound like much, but is more that can be said for the previous digital scales I had. Also I was pleasantly surprised to see that it goes to two decimal points, so, for example, instead of showing 70.2 kg, it might show 70.25kg or 70.20kg (although it will only end in 0 or 5, so there would be no 70.11 or 70.13 or whatever). Also, its easy to switch to pounds or stone by using the button on the back, if you prefer that instead of kg.

Sadly Unlike most of the reviews, I received the rogue set. Great looking scales, read the reviews - so ordered. However, once the batteries were inserted the cover could not be replaced. I hoped I would be able to still use the scales because I really liked the look. It has taken me a long time to amend the above.....shame on me....the above story all true, but I did contact the seller direct who were extremely helpful. After taking and sending a photo showing the fault, the scales were quickly replaced and I have been using them for some time now and I have to say, apart from them looking great, a great set of scales. So apologies to Canwelium for taking so long to put the record straight! So amending my review to 5 stars!!

Excellent produit ! Après avoir eu plusieurs pèse -personne qui donnait le poid qu'ils voulaient quand ils voulaient, celui là donne un poids fidèle ! Toute la famille a fait plusieurs tests, tous réussis avec succès ! Sans chaussures, puis avec, puis de nouveau sans, avec ou sans le chat :-) etc etc... et le poid initial réapparaît toujours comme au départ de la pesée. Donc pour nous, c'est adopté ! De plus un joli éclairage bleu de l'écran. Très bon rapport qualité -prix! Et livraison amazon toujours au top, comme d'habitude ! !!

Weil unsere alte Glaswaage leider kaputt gegangen ist, war eine neue Waage erforderlich. Im Internet habe ich mir die verschiedenen Modelle angesehen, und bin aufgrund vieler positiver Beurteilungen auf diese Waage aufmerksam geworden. Mir war wichtig, eine möglichst genaue Waage zu bekommen, die mit leicht austauschbaren Batterien läuft, also wie hier mit 2 x AAA-Batterien. Bei meiner alten Waage war die Gewichtsanzeige je nachdem, wie ich mich drauf gestellt habe, leicht unterschiedlich. Deshalb war ich gespannt, wie genau die neue Waage wiegen würde. Die Lieferzeit war angenehm kurz, und ich habe die neue Waage in Betrieb genommen. Welche Überraschung, sie wiegt ziemlich genau, und ganz gleich, ob ich mich vorwärts, rückwärts oder seitlich auf die Waage stelle, sie zeigt immer das gleiche Gewicht an. Das war bei meiner alten Waage nicht so. Was mich auch positiv überrascht hat, ist die Tatsache, dass die Anzeige beleuchtet ist. Da muss die Raumbeleuchtung nicht besonders hell sein, um die Anzeige lesen zu können, denn durch die großen Zahlen ist das Gewicht ganz leicht ablesbar. Und die letzte positive Überraschung ist die, dass sich die Waage ganz leicht anschalten lässt. Einfach draufstellen und loswiegen, einfacher geht es nicht. Die alte Waage wollte immer erst an einer Ecke angetippt sein. Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung absichtlich erst ein paar Tage gewartet, um die Waage erst kennen zu lernen und dadurch möglichst genau beschreiben zu können. Das hat sich gelohnt, denn so sind nun 5 Sterne zusammen gekommen, ich kann nichts Negatives an dieser Waage feststellen, und würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen oder einem Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Si solo quereis el peso, esta es vuestra bascula, rapida precisa sin problemas y facil de manejar. Los pesos se ven muy bien y la bascula es muy elegante. No hace falta mirar más. Muy buen producto, facil de usar, preciso y muy elegante.

Es una báscula de muy buena calidad, muy rápida en la medida de peso, lo cual es bueno para la mayoría de las personas, pero yo soy minusválido y con muletas y no me da tiempo a pesarme correctamente, ya que necesito estarme quieto unos segundos y me falta siempre tiempo para que la bascula mida, pero bueno ya conseguiré cogerle el "truquillo" para aguantar de pie unos segundos más y conseguir una medida correcta. Por lo demás no tengo duda que para una persona normal es una bascula excelente. Un saludo: Antonio.
