I bought these about 3-4 years ago and they're still going strong. They don't have 50 million functions and measure every aspect of your body composition like some other scales allegedly do, but they do weigh you with very good accuracy and consistent readings. I found that the readings from the scales that measure body fat and so on, vary so much from one manufacturer to another that there's no point in bothering with them. All you really need is a decent set of scales that give you consistent accurate readings and this is what these do. They get used regularly and work well. I've never had to change the batteries either, and the best part is these scales take AAA batteries thank heavens! Not those silly button cells that nobody ever has. So they are convenient and reliable.So overall, they are well made, accurate, reliable, convenient, use batteries that you will actually have lying around if they ever need changing not some obscure cell battery that you have to go on a days quest to find, and they look nice. Very glad i bought these.

Arrived well packaged, with clear instructions included - the leaflet also tells you that the batteries are with the polystyrene packing, which I then had to go and retrieve from the bin...I would suggest making this a bit clearer. The scales are light, sturdy and easy to use. The batteries are inserted in the back, and you can change between kg, lbs and stone by pushing the button on the bottom of the scales.The display is clear, and easy to read - it is well lit. I used a 1kg bag of sugar to test the scales first, and it was accurate - will continue to check every so often to see if the accuracy is continuous. I bought these to replace my old scales which gave a different reading everytime. These Canwelum scales gave me the same reading every time so very pleased with my purchase. Hopefully they will live up to their good reputation and continue to provide me with accurate results whilst on my weight loss journey.

I've been having lots of weight gain then vast losses, according to these scales. Of course, this isn't possible (unless I'd gained or lost a limb overnight)Yes, throughout the day you gain water weight plus any food in your system. So obviously you will weigh more as the day goes on. But using these scales is really soul destroying if you're looking after yourself properly and eating less than your calorific needs.******UPDATE 18th May 2017I have been sent another set of scales by Canwelum, free of charge.The company contacted me because they believe my previous set were faulty.So far, the new set has been consistent but weights read higher than on my previous Canwelum.If you move the scales, just press on them until they go to zero. That should give you a more accurate reading.I've increased my rating to 4 stars.Customer service from Canwelum deserves the highest praise.

I ordered these after much research and reading of the positive reviews. But, these scales need a hard flat flat floor. They did not work on my slightly uneven bathroom floor with thick linoleum. The readings were wildly inaccurate. Three of us tried with similar results. My partner weighed in at over a stone less than he is. Instead of 11st 4lb the scale showed 10st 1lb or rather 10.1.2. as it goes down in ounces For me the nearest quarter pound would be enough. When I tried to weigh myself it seemed to remember my partners weight and kept showing the same. How crazy. However on the hard laminate kitchen floor they were accurate and consistent with my (now broken) Salter scales - which incidentally worked reliably for years on the uneven bathroom floor. I think this may be because my Salter scales had feet and were raised up. Also, if I leaned forward on these the button underneath was pressed and the reading suddenly changed from stones to kg because they are so close to the ground. On the plus side these are very attractive to look at with an easy to read display. You can change from kg, pounds or stones by pressing a button on the back. Batteries (2 X AAA) are included, attached to the polystyrene packaging - easy to miss unless you read the enclosed booklet which tells you where they are. These may be great if used solely on a hard floor judging by the positive reviews. But I have returned them and ordered some Salter scales with carpet feet. Fingers crossed ........

Weil unsere alte Glaswaage leider kaputt gegangen ist, war eine neue Waage erforderlich. Im Internet habe ich mir die verschiedenen Modelle angesehen, und bin aufgrund vieler positiver Beurteilungen auf diese Waage aufmerksam geworden. Mir war wichtig, eine möglichst genaue Waage zu bekommen, die mit leicht austauschbaren Batterien läuft, also wie hier mit 2 x AAA-Batterien. Bei meiner alten Waage war die Gewichtsanzeige je nachdem, wie ich mich drauf gestellt habe, leicht unterschiedlich. Deshalb war ich gespannt, wie genau die neue Waage wiegen würde. Die Lieferzeit war angenehm kurz, und ich habe die neue Waage in Betrieb genommen. Welche Überraschung, sie wiegt ziemlich genau, und ganz gleich, ob ich mich vorwärts, rückwärts oder seitlich auf die Waage stelle, sie zeigt immer das gleiche Gewicht an. Das war bei meiner alten Waage nicht so. Was mich auch positiv überrascht hat, ist die Tatsache, dass die Anzeige beleuchtet ist. Da muss die Raumbeleuchtung nicht besonders hell sein, um die Anzeige lesen zu können, denn durch die großen Zahlen ist das Gewicht ganz leicht ablesbar. Und die letzte positive Überraschung ist die, dass sich die Waage ganz leicht anschalten lässt. Einfach draufstellen und loswiegen, einfacher geht es nicht. Die alte Waage wollte immer erst an einer Ecke angetippt sein. Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung absichtlich erst ein paar Tage gewartet, um die Waage erst kennen zu lernen und dadurch möglichst genau beschreiben zu können. Das hat sich gelohnt, denn so sind nun 5 Sterne zusammen gekommen, ich kann nichts Negatives an dieser Waage feststellen, und würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen oder einem Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Excellent produit ! Après avoir eu plusieurs pèse -personne qui donnait le poid qu'ils voulaient quand ils voulaient, celui là donne un poids fidèle ! Toute la famille a fait plusieurs tests, tous réussis avec succès ! Sans chaussures, puis avec, puis de nouveau sans, avec ou sans le chat :-) etc etc... et le poid initial réapparaît toujours comme au départ de la pesée. Donc pour nous, c'est adopté ! De plus un joli éclairage bleu de l'écran.Très bon rapport qualité -prix! Et livraison amazon toujours au top, comme d'habitude ! !!

ha risoluzione 50 g, ( manco le bilance più costose arrivano a 50 g) e, se trattata bene, dà un peso affidabile e ripetuto. A volte la seconda pesata può dare un peso leggermente minore.... il tal caso, controllare che una terza pesata resta stabile... e considerare l'ultimo peso

Si solo quereis el peso, esta es vuestra bascula, rapida precisa sin problemas y facil de manejar. Los pesos se ven muy bien y la bascula es muy elegante. No hace falta mirar más.Muy buen producto, facil de usar, preciso y muy elegante.

Bilancia carina.Il display e luminoso si puo usare anche al buio molto facile da usare. Le pile sono incluse, veramente una bella bilancia.Arrivata nei tempi previsti. Consiglio l"aqcuisto.
