A friend suggested I try this as I've suffered with IBS for years, I have to say it seems to be making a real difference. My tummy seems to have calmed down a lot since using it, so will be ordering more. Would recommend to anyone with tummy troubles to give it a try.

wish they hadn't changed to powder
Loved this when it was the liquid filled capsules. Then they changed it to supposedly higher quantity powder and it is useless.I use this to help with IBS. The liquid works, the powder doesn't.If they go back to the old recipe I will buy it again.
