I didn't believe it would be that good. I was not convinced that all the 5 ratings this product received could be true. I never believed that the jogging belt would help me. I am a very heavy set person and a very good swimmer. However I do not float in the water and can lie at the bottom of the pool in the deep end. :-) I had injured my knees but wanted to carry on jogging. I watched a couple of you-tube videos and read all the reviews on this product and others who offer the same thing and various prices. The belt supported me with the correct jogging posture and did not force me forward. Most we more expensive. I went for this product it is well put together and it supported a heavy solid man like me in the deep end. I could stretch jog, run and doing any exercise I wanted without my head going under the water. I did a little breast stroke but this was not the main reason why I bought it as I am a competent swimmer. The cost of this jogging belt included post and packaging. Sorry every penny counts, so why spend more. It did the job perfectly.

I wanted to purchase an aqua jogging belt to remain active while recovering from injury. Since it was clear that after recovery I will return to regular jogging, I also didn't want to invest in a very expensive one. Taking into account the price, I must admit I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. The design is simple, however, the belt works just the way it should! If you want to try aqua jogging, this is a great and inexpensive piece of equipment to try!

Good value for money and excellent for exercising. A little bit uncomfortable around the waist, but well worth it.

Best thing I've bought for a long time. I order on the Thursday and was delivered on the Friday which shock me. I'm now using it to help me build up my muscles in my legs

It's comfortable to wear and does a good job of helping me to get to the end of the pool when I am running out of puff.I have multiple health concerns so I need some help to get across the full length of the pool and it looks much better than a woggle or the swim board for someone my age. It also allows me to use my arms which I didn't get when using the swim board.Autumn belle

Maybe I don't fully understand what this product is to be used for. As a nervous non-swimmer, I thought that if I strapped it on and got in the water, my face would be clear of the water and I'd be able to swim safely. Alas no - all it did was raise my abdomen and pelvis in the water but my face was immersed. Perhaps some clever person would invert something that would raise the shoulders enough to give people like me confidence!

I bought this as had used the same make at my hydropool. With me now owning my own belt, I can go to the local pool and jog at the deep end to maintain levels of fitness without weight bearing impact. Excellent piece of equipment and great price too! Very pleased!

A great addition to a complete workout. It you want to enhance and improve your stamina, then this is for you. Do t think about it, just get it, you won't be sorry!
