Great cream would not now be without it, I had a strange itchy patch appear on my back which the doctor said didn't like the look of and to have it removed at the minor operations dept at the Doctors which should have been around two weeks, in between times I bought this cream and it took about two weeks of daily use before I realised that it was not as itchy and was shrinking in size so persevered using it it and finally it went. Then after three months got an appointment for the minor operation and felt quite smug that this cream had cured me.

I am very susceptible to dry skin and haven’t come across any other products that work as well as this one. The combination of natural ingredients work wonders on soothing and repairing my skin any times it gets a bit dry or cracked. Would highly recommend!

A multi purpose cream , whether its inflammation,wounds/ broken skin or insect bites Tremendous ingredient profile , its always in my first aid kit bag.

This brand I always trust. Good for sensitive skin but not really heal for skin infection or eczema. Not greasy. Suit for summer.

Amazing for soothing my dry skin. I prefer to use natural products and this cream is perfect. It also smells great which is an added bonus!

This is the first product I've tried from A. Vogel and I was quite disappointed. I tested it out before putting it all over my face and had no reaction so did a full face the next day. It has a scent to it but nothing I can place specifically - this is obviously the echinacea plant. I like how it applied and the fact it soaks straight into the skin rather than being oily. My main issue is when applying foundation it looks like I've not moisturised at all and my foundation starts to flake. I'm still going to use the tube on things like elbows and knees as it does often the skin but I can't use it as a face moisturiser as is expected.
