I have bleached hair that is very yellow on top and brassy at the ends. Will this help?

My bottle came with no seal and had cello tape round the cap? I’m not sure about using this now.

I have dark black/brown roots with silver hair and it did not affect the darker bits of my hair (maybe mitigating some of the red in the brown..but at a push). It will help with the brassiness of your highlights though.
