I’m coming to the end of my first Lo Salt, bought here on Amazon. I’m well aware that Nu Salt comes in different size containers, but I’m so impressed with potassium as a salt replacement I needed to make sure I’m not missing anything, Nu Salt is the same taste. I’ve seen reviews saying, didn’t like the chemical taste. But I’m converted, in lass than one tube I’ve really become accustomed to potassium over sodium and this is not just for health reasons, it is the taste. I love it. Goes on everything and liberally too, no fear. Check out the benefits of potassium over sodium. Table salt replacement is a great way to access potassium. This Nu Salt is great, in a small container it can travel with me too.

This is literally just potassium chloride. There's no other ingredients. You could say it is "healthy" but then so are many types of real salt, like Himalayan salt, which also contains potassium plus other beneficial minerals which this doesn't have.The taste is very similar to table salt. I've no idea how another reviewer described this as "awful" when it tastes so similar. But unlike salt this doesn't upset my stomach, and that's one of the few reasons i'd recommend buying this, because there's no health benefits over some types of salts unless you need to cut down on your sodium intake.It's made in the mental asylum known as New York. Maybe that's why it identifies as nu/salt when it isn't salt.My 4 stars is probably generous because this is blatantly too expensive for only 85 grams. You can buy roughly 6kg of table salt for this price.

This product tastes so weird, it is awful. I put it in the bin. I understand that everyone has different taste though, just because I don't like it others might.

I can't have salt and I've tried multiple substitutions. This product is by far the best.

One of the few actual zero salt products I could find. Tried lower salt products but found they didn't give the taste of proper salt where this one does. The flavour is as good as salt and only a small amount is needed, which is good as the price is very high. Overall, happy with the product apart from the price.

Wanted to like this but the tase is very chemical and I’d rather do without seasoning altogether. I will persevere and see if my taste buds adapt but not hopeful.

In an effort to cut down on my sodium consumption, I've been using this and feel it covers the need for salt taste in an acceptable flavor. Yes it tastes very slightly different than sodium but most of the time that's undetectable. And my dietitian is absolutely delighted with my choice! This seems to me a very healthy alternative recommended by my medical folks.

It has a strong salty taste so you need to put very little. I would be very careful on how much I would put in a recipe.

Good salt, all magnesium and no salt. Magnesium is very beneficial essential mineral for our body. So you're getting a good dose of magnesium in less than a quarter of a teaspoon mixed with water. Does not contain much in the small tube so need to buy 3 or more to last longer if you're using it everyday. Good stuff, doesn't taste like salt.

My desire for this product is for the main (only) ingredient of POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. It is a great source of the ELECTROLYTE Potassium. I can get my sodium through many other means, magnesium through the supplement magnesium malate and calcium and zinc from other supplements or natural foods... No need to spend hundreds of dollars on OVERPRICED electrolyte powders with this product. You can do it yourself with this salt substitute for a FRACTION of the cost. The taste of potassium chloride is what it is. Salty chemical taste BUT that is the nature of the beast. We still can not make spinach and Brussel sprouts taste like candy bars and potato chips. For me, this is electrolyte base for my home-made inexpensive electrolyte powder. No MORE overpriced powder $$$$
