Mid-weight, multi-purpose tray that could be used for biscuits and cookies, for thin slab cakes or the pastry element of Swiss rolls, roulades etc. It appears to be similar in size and weight to another that is used as a baking tray and warps when very hot (200C and above) but it never fully returned to normal and remains slightly warped and is slowly getting worse.This was ordered to use as a drip tray for use on the bottom of the oven when cooking specific dishes that are known to be likely to boil over at some stage during the cooking process. As a new cooker had just been installed, it is desirable to prevent spillage and a later clean-up. It is easier to wash the tray when cool.

Tray arrived buckled and dented. Very flimsy metal and obviously inadequately packed for despatch

Cookie tray , can be hard to clean even a soak but got here in good time
