Best comb ever. Very soft on scalp, gets knots out very quickly.

Lovely brush that does turn green when left out of packaging. The teeth are wide enough and it actually causes no static to your hair. I have long hair and it causes less breakage to it. I’ve just bought another one.

This is a great little comb, perfect for de-tangling hair in an effective manner. The teeth are wide enough that the hair doesn't get damaged with gentle use, and it is well polished so that the surfaces of the teeth do not snag the hair. In fact, before I got used to it, it felt so smooth to brush my hair compared to my previous plastic comb that I couldn't really feel it! My hair was fairly damaged from over-processing and long-term illness, so this has been a welcome addition to my haircare routine and long-term goal of healthy, long hair! The comb itself is quite compact, and very attractive on the dressing table. It measures approx. 7 inches in full length, with the teeth section being 3 3/4 inches long and 1 1/4 inches 'deep'. The handle is smooth and well shaped so it is also comfortable to hold whilst using. *Additional info after several months' use: The comb doesn't get too dirty with daily use, since the wide teeth don't get filled up with loose hairs; however, regular cleaning is a good idea with any hair tool. The comb can be gently cleaned using warm water and a gentle soap (diluted Dr Bronner's or baby shampoo is good for this). So long as the comb isn't left soaking and is carefully dried off afterward with a clean towel then left to fully air-dry, then it won't become damaged from the cleaning process.

I have below the shoulder very fine hair and stumbled upon this comb a few years ago. It is wonderful, absolutely no static it's kind to the hair and the scalp. Actually I have bought many of these combs. I use them myself but have given many as 'add on' presents at Birthdays and Christmases for my daughters in law and friends who all love them too. I always keep one spare in case of loss or breakage (dropping them in porcelain tiles can result in the top end breaking off), and I have just ordered three more (in case they become unavailable!).

I’m really pleased with this purchase as it came in recyclable packaging and was not then put in another piece of packaging of plastic for starters, the box works beautifully. Having this comb for my long hair detangles my hair well and it is fantastic not having static running through my hair as I brush anymore, it is something that I think although we all find annoying we've just come to accept but it doesn't have to be. The scent of the Green Sandalwood is lovely, it makes me want to diffuse Sandalwood in my oil diffuser now and really who doesn't want to smell something so natural compared to the chemical laden plastic most combs and brushes are made from these days. My only concern is that the hair tie that came within my box does not appear sustainable, I could be wrong there but it would help that if you do supply a hair tie to ensure that it is explained what it is made from but I do like the simplicity of the tie.

I bought this comb ten years ago and it is still going strong having combed both wet and dry hair.

These are lovely combs. I can see why some reviewers think they’re plastic- they are finished to a very high standard- but they are definitely wood. They are very smooth, beautifully grained and have a slight scent. I bought 3 more as they will be perfect to give away as presents in the post.

I purchased this comb over a year ago and since then, I've used it every day and remained perfectly happy with it. Far nicer than any of the plastic alternatives. I find shampooing it now and then and drying it off with a towel, taking care to run the edge of the towel between the teeth, is adequate to keep it clean. Every once and a while, I might just oil the wood with a little bit of warm olive oil (you only need a few drops) and then towel it off again, so it's not greasy. This keeps it clean without damaging the look and feel of the wood. Also, while the wide teeth might appeal to those with thick hair, I have quite fine hair but find this leaves my hair less flat than a thin-toothed comb.

Pettine ottimo ricavato da un unico pezzo di legno, come si nota bene dalle foto. Lucido e levigato profuma di legno in maniera eccellente. Spesso, ergonomico e pesante al punto giusto trasferisce un senso di qualità e maneggevolezza. In omaggio un grazioso elastico per capelli. Tutta un'altra sensazione rispetto ai più economici pettini in bambù. Un abisso rispetto a quelli in plastica. Ci vuole un po' di accortezza e si deve cercare di non farlo cadere. Pesa e non è plastica, quindi se cade si può crepare. Quindi occhio.

Remplacement d'une peigne en bois aux dents larges car il avait cassé après plusieurs années et chûtes. Le produit correspond parfaitement à ce qu'on attendait. Le bois est agréable, reste à savoir ce qu'on ne peut pas juger en 1 semaine : sa longévité et sa résistance aux aléas de la vie. Pour le moment : Nickel.

Ho acquistato questo pettine in legno, ormai, mesi fa e posso finalmente scrivere una recensione degna! È il miglior acquisto della categoria che ho fatto e sin da subito ho notato differenze e mi sono trovata benissimo! Il pettine viene spedito con l'aggiunta di un codino super comodo e carino (il che è stato molto apprezzato). Non rovina assolutamente i capelli se maneggiato con cura, non bisogna tirare ed insistere sui nodi ma bisogna avere pazienza e calma. Consiglio di iniziare a pettinare dalla lunghezza e pian piano salire dalla cute. I capelli dopo l'utilizzo sono lucidi e per niente elettrizzati, se messo a confronto con le classiche spazzole o pettini in plastica le quali lasciano i capelli 'volanti' che tutti noi odiamo. In oltre il pettine essendo in legno e lo scatolino con cui viene spedito di carta, non inquinano l'ambiente e sostengono il piano ecologico! Cosa volete di più?
